Hi Dean, I bought a similar one many years ago from Staples (their own brand) and it's very similar to your one. Was bought for office work and never thought about using it in a workshop but I found it after watching your video and now it will have new purpose lol.

I really enjoyed your enthusiasm :) It's a shame that you can't add photos in comments otherwise I'd include one of the giveaway version that's been sitting in my desk drawer for about 5 years at least with my company logo printed on it haha. (it actually looks the same as yours although it shows its age because instead of one the colours it has a plastic stylus for palm computers 😲) More seriously, I'm willing to bet you a cup of coffee that as you make more progress and become more worried about accurate marking up, you'll be on the 0,5 mechanical pencil band wagon ;) I'm neither a purist nor a tool snob (I hope) but for me a Biro pen is not something I'd like to mark my wood with - I'm Team Pencil all the way! LOL Looking forward to following your channel 👍

Dean Dean Dean what next lol some Star Teck thingy . Beam me up Dean 😂🤣😁😎 Been bad Dean for my self some sets of socket sets . Bahco 1/2 and 1/4 and a 3/8 sets with all sorts of good,s in them next is a impact driver . Had to hild it from the the powers that be . Sent her off to the spa and got new vac 🤔😕🙄 I mean that was a new router it cost me 😭😭
