WE WILL NEED:
500 g of chicken
onion
peppers
zucchini
tomato
rice
canned peas
AND THE RECIPE IS:
✅ Cut the chicken into cubes and season with: oil, dry mixture of spices, paprika
✅ Dice the onion and fry for 5 minutes. Add the chicken and fry everything together for an additional 5 minutes
✅ Cut the peppers into strips or cubes and add to the pan, mix everything
✅ Peel the tomatoes and also add them to the pan. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes
✅ Cut the zucchini into cubes and add to the pan as well as the cooked rice. We added 100 g of rice
✅ Pour over 200 ml of water and let it simmer for 30 minutes on low heat
✅ Add canned peas and season everything to taste. At the end, we will add parsley and leave it for another 10 minutes
