Then why is US developing naval bases around the world? Why is it constructed more than 800 naval bases around the world? There is something hidden intension in them.

I have serious concern of America creating tension and war in Asia to destabilize , making millions of war refugees.

Forget the naval base. The island mentioned in this video is Hainan province which is a tropical island of China. Its location and weather are pretty much like Florida. It is a beautiful tourist destination of China. I suggest everybody travel there to experience the beautiful nature. But one more suggestion, don't go there during Chinese holidays because It will be very crowded.

The thing about China "having more ships" is also misleading. Yes, the Chinese Navy has more ships, but many "ships" are missile boats that can’t travel far. The US Navy has far more destroyers, frigates, cruisers, submarines, and most crucially aircraft carriers. When it comes to tonnage, the US Navy is leading by a significant number.

There is no need for a submarine close to the land to launch nuclear missiles. Numerous concealed launch pads can be used along the coast.
