As a huge animatronic fan, I want to thank you for covering these remodels with your comedic intrigue. Unfortunately, screens are the future for children and something as cool as an artificial lifeform goes underappreciated!

I don’t live in the US so I’ve never been to a Chuck E Cheese, but for some reason seeing how empty the place looks and the company’s state currently it makes me sad that such a beloved place has lost its spark

I happen to work at this exact location and for the past year, I’ve seen and witnessed a lot of things about this location. And I can provide some interesting facts. Some of the animatronics have definitely had their fair share of malfunctions. Chuck E’s eyes don’t blink, Helen’s endoskeleton is horrifying (and I have photo of it,) Munch’s arm broke that one time, Pasqually’s head literally snapped in half once, and then some. I’m not super knowledgeable when it comes to the posters and artwork, but I know a lot regarding the games. For starters, the Chuck E. photo ride was once the older model ride until it was replaced with the modern one back in December 2022. Another thing worth mentioning is that the calibration on the Pop It For Gold game is off. If you actually did hit the instant pop, it wouldn’t give it to you. For some reason the instant pop is actually right on the start of the A on the word “ADD.” If you have any particular questions you want answered, I’ll be happy to provide as best as I can.

I think removing the animatronics is a bad decision. They're ruining childhoods, and FNAF won't really be inspired by anything. I know, the animatronics in Chuck E. Cheese may look scary, but even if they did scare you as a kid, you may still feel some nostalgia around them.

Because of you, I'm going to be going to Billy Con at Billy Bob's Wonderland this weekend (it's the last place you can see The Rock-afire Explosion in public and they're holding a convention about the band there). Northridge CA seems to have had a retrofit, the animatronics were kept and a dance floor was placed aswell. It was also a former PTT! So some of the mechs could be over 30 years old

This is actually my local Chuck E. Cheese’s I have many fond memories of being there and I still remember when they had sky tubes. I was also curious about that turn table if it still worked and when this store opened I think I heard 1994

I may be dramatic but this is just depressing the fact that they’re removing the animatronics like it isn’t even Chuck E. Cheese anymore without them so whats the point. They could have just updated the animatronics n give them new designs or sum shi but oh well ig 🤷🏽‍♀️
