I LOVE the fact that you can put different colors over different color cremes and get different effects! Curious to see how a coat might look on a bare natural nail 🤔 I know it would be sheer but I just want to know if it could be any little crumb of a lewk
So I could paint my nails and then use a gel top coat over these and get that type of wear out of them? I wonder … I always love and want these polishes but only use gel
That's what I do! I have Royal-tea blue still, and I make it LAST with my gel top coat. But like others said, just make sure the paint is fully, fully dry, which can take some time
@@melissa90ify usually about an hour, but it depends on the nail polish. You really just don't want it to have any moisture or have it be able to move.
@@melissa90ify honestly I would recommend just painting your nails with the normal nail polish however you usually do it (when I do nail art I leave the layers mostly dry but I'm not waiting a full hour between I'm too lazy for that lol) and then do the gel top coat the next day, like I paint my nails at night and fall asleep to let them dry and then in the morning you'd know all the layers were fully dry and the gel top coat dries during curing so you can do that even before getting dressed
How do you prevent the colour ase from being picked up by the shimmer or top coat brush? Because for me it seems not matter how long I leave it to dry, any top coat brush gets colour on it which is really annoying for me!
You should have a big blob on your brush when you put on the top coat and let it glide on the nail. If the bristles of the brush touch the base, it'll drag and smudge.
