fun fact: in the industrial room at 9:27 there is a ghost that appears sometimes between the last tank thingy (idk what to call it) and the tank with the weird liquid under it

I've seen the Kliener Community Center on the workshop multiple times now. It's a shame it uses CS:S, it looked really interesting from the pictures shown on the workshop page.

i have seen this place before... in my dreams, i'm completely serious, i never could make out the signage but the building layout is unmistakeable, what's weirder is that it is a recurring dream, i never got exposed to the map itself until now, i know because i would've noticed it immediately, what is so peculiar about this place if i was able to dream of it without prior exposure?

I've had that exact same dream, i was literally biking with my friends, then teleport to the same road where im looking at as more friends join me, then i go up this "house" and look aside while going up the stairs, then theres the entire big beach/pool thing, then i woke up sweaty due to the afternoon heat, i walked the same road and not before reaching to the street, i saw my neighbors house having the exact same building i was climbing, and when i looked at the right there was the stairs exposed outside, it was the same exact stairs i went up on with an exposed left side with probably having a railing? but it seems like a prediction, cause whats crazy is that it was still unfinished...

The kleiner community center WASNT built over the plant, because if you look in the skybox, there are plant exausts in the skybox.
