Hi put water on the tree stumps first then a lot of sea salt on the tree stumps to kill the roots to stop it growing back

Tordon RTU , put it on the stump when you cut a tree. The tree will not grow back. You don’t have to cover entire stump, just make a ring around the edge. You can get it at the farm store.

Hi Guys, with a paint brush, paint the tree stump with diesel and that should stop more growth. You may need more than one application.
