I definitely think it would have been pretty damn overpowered if it was unlimited. The 60 minute cap thing is a good idea in my opinion. I also think it's cool how you can stack them from week to week.

the cod franchise died after bo2 ( even though I would like to say 1 but 2 was decent as well) like srsly it went down hill so fast when they released cod ghosts.
Griffin, the zombies is amazing. And the new one looks so fucking cool. The PPSH, Ray Gun Mark III, Dual Crossbows...it reminds me of the second to last russian mission from WaW Campaign.

I'm not too fond if it other than zombies, but I would say Mediocre. Also keep in mind this is coming from the with the Temmie photo who's favourite VG company is Nintendo, which would come as a shock to most people.
