a tanuki is an animal native to Japan it often translated as "racoon dog" despite not being closely related to racoons at all the most know example of a tanuki is Tom Nook from animal crossing

Created and published by an indie studio in the US. The setting and props are all Japanese. I recognize the stereotypical "maximum sunlight balcony" apartment building (it looks like it has a corner missing on top), the "mama chari" bicycles with baskets, the post boxes with the symbol for the Japan Post, and walls everywhere like the Tokyo area suburbs.

My cats are named Luci and Blubie (Mrs. Blueberry)but sometimes i call them Poule (chicken in French) because of their little chicken thighs. Once you see it, you can't unsee it 😂

I've seen some of the reports on the horrid weather Houston had. Seeing that Boerne is to the west (50 miles? can't tell on the map), I hope the bad weather bypassed you. Hope the three of you (E, K + J) and your families are okay. // I see there are more bad storms in your area for the next few days - please stay safe. // When I do 'it' (a cat chirp - I had a cat that I called a 'catbird' as he never meowed, just 'cat chirps'), it seems more of a flllurip.

Looks like the company that made the game "Stray" spent a lot of money on their game creation only to have these guys copy it and make lots of money too, but only use the cheapest programmers and artists to do it.
