I love this! Unfortunately, my mom is a victim of a romance scam. She talked to him for over a year, she thought she had a future with him, she sent him LOTS of money to "get him back to the US". I knew from the beginning that it was a scammer, but she wouldn't listen. I finally got her to believe me and now she is heartbroken 😢 These scammers are literally scum of the earth!

It's sad that a few people would find his "affection" (no matter how gross we may see it) as something they're missing. There are a lot of lonely elderly (or even not so elderly) people out there. I had a neighbor with Alzheimer's and there were times that she'd call to ask me a question (lonely) then she'd call again several more times because she didn't remember that she'd already talked to me. I never told her that we'd already had the conversation more than once because when I'm that old and possibly old with Alzheimer's I'd want someone to just talk to me too and not remind or make fun of me calling repeatedly for the same conversation. I only happened a couple times a year so it was worth it. RIP, Margret!!

This was disturbing, even more so because some scammers do use grooming on elderly victims. That moaning almost made me puke, so glad i didn't eat or drink before watching the video. I admire Kit's patience in dealing with these idiots.
