I think the problem you had with the zombies not spawning had the same effect on the monster that was suppose to come after you on the slender man part of the easter egg.

It isn't even a monster. It's actually just zombies, but they freeze when you shine your light on them and they move when you're not looking. It's actually terrifying lol.

It's just zombies. They freeze whenever you shine your light on them. But they move when you're not looking. It's terrifying lol. But yeah, the zombies just glitched out in their game for some reason.
