You give from your OVERFLOW not from your own cup. I too had to learn this. When I feel the urge to be over giving, I give to myself. Too many empathy have been lied to…giving to yourself IS NOT selfish.

From impoverished Spirit to Resilient wise soul. I was given a black owl a couple of weeks ago in a dream. Resilience is my word for the year 2024. 13+17=30. Saturn is ending its 30-year cycle and I have had a very challenging 30 years with so many restrictions, obstacles and recently had it all presented to me to see and respond from a different perspective. At 13, I stepped boldly into my personal strength. At 17, I stepped magically into my creativity. At 21, I began my (first) life's work with enthusiasm. 13+17 years later, that life ended. The interval of 4 is significant: it's been 4 years since it ended, AND I am reborn. Additionally, I spent the summer before last imagining I was 13, last summer that I was 17, and now (why not!) I will be 21 again and begin my NEXT life's work. But first... I'll drink coffee and contemplate the sunrise. Thank you ❤

Brothers birthday is 7/13…much of life has been shaped by my experiences with him as a child. I never felt loved by him as a child and he confirmed that he never has while I was fighting for my life in a psych unit in 2021. I was struggling with seeing myself as “evil” for the longest time, which is why I was in the mental state I was in. Spirit revealed to me a few months ago that it was because my brother had tattooed a cartoon demon girl holding a teddy bear on his arm to represent me and my newborn daughter. I had never seen myself as dark until the moment that I saw his tattoo. It truly did break my mind and molded my entire relationship with my daughter. My daughter’s father is 11/17…we have both been playing a twisted game of tug of war to see who is the most narcissistic between the 2 of us. Since being freed from seeing myself as evil…freeing myself from that perception that I took on from my brother, I have been able to heal the wounds between his father and me. The person that triggered my initial spiritual awakening is 4/21 and I’m healing the wounds that are there as well. So wild

My older brother died when I was 13. I remember being in my room writing a funny story about my teacher for me and my friends which I loved to do, laughing at the time. I heard someone knocking at the front door, the nice entrance, that only guests used. My mom answered, I remember being filled with an ice cold feeling of dread, even though I didn't hear what they were talking about. It was the police telling us my brother had passed away in a car accident. Since that day I so clearly remember that ice cold feeling in my stomach...fearing something awful is about to happen... Now I learned not to fear the feeling, I am with it until it melts. My brother have left several messages for me through you and I'm so grateful for that. Don't worry about a thing.🎶🙏🏼❤️

I'm not even halfway through this video but Erin you are blowing my MIND lol. Just yesterday while driving to work, completely mundane moment, this epiphany just dropped down into my awareness that I had closed the cycle that began when my fiancee & childhood best friend passed away... *13* years ago. And it was *3* months before his *21*st birthday. I lost myself entirely and everything I've done since has been a part of that journey specifically, til very recently. This resonates. Last night in my dream state, my higher self took to to a place where everything was was burned down…. The numbers also resonate 13,17, and 21 (3) is my life path 🤍 Innocence, confidence, joy🤍 I literally used the word choice point! This is HUGE! I’ve been married for 18 years as of 4/10( literally finished up our 17th year!) and the choice point had to do with my mother in law… which all stemmed from what started when I was 13, lack of the ability to speak for myself, so replaced it with a huge wall around my heart, thus I would react when people “stepped out of pocket” and would match their energy, especially her. Yesterday I asked myself mid choice point and asked “what can I do differently this time that what I have done in the past?” I decided not to engage, send her love and move on. I felt SO FREE!!! It is safe for me to love people, keep my confidence and joy and not play in any sandbox that I don’t want to. YES YES YES!

Mijn man is 21 jaar geleden overleden. We waren 13 jaar samen 💔 daarna nooit meer de liefde ervaren die in de buurt kwam. Depressie en paniekaanvallen waren het gevolg, en dat met het opvoeden en opvangen van 3 kinderen die hun vader moesten missen😢. Uiteindelijk werd het me te veel en verloor ik zelfs mijn levensvreugde, hoe hard ik ook mijn best deed om eruit te klimmen, ik had steeds het gevoel of het leven mij weer onderuit schopte . Heel verdrietig dat je je dochter moest afstaan en tegelijkertijd een zegen dat ze met je samenwerkt❤. Hi Erin and to those who had been guided to this message. Grieving, sadness and any other negativity from death of any living entity is good it helps us grow. Though, we are a spirit having a human experience whether it is short or long. The experience that we had contracted to experience in the human life when ended (death) should be seen as a graduation for that particular spirit. When those who have departed, rejoice and appreciate the living for their experience received as we all will meet sooner or later when we also have graduated from the human experience. if we know we will meet those who have graduated (past, death), then we should be happy right? 6 years ago the 13/3/2018 my dog died ,he was 13 year and we were almost always together. In the period he died i was a lot away from home and i always have blamed myself, it was eaten me alive because my dog was the first time i feld unconditional love and i felt like i failed😢😢😢. I am because of trauma self destructive but this was the cherry on the pie, so i really hope this message is for me also❤❤❤
