This is one deadly pattern for bass in May on Lake Guntersville and it showed off for the Major League Fishing Tournament on the lake for the winner of over 100k!!! have you tried them? if so what would you recommend. i know nothing about them but that sounds like it might work. i like having him out there but he just gets to dam hot when it tip over 75 degrees.

I haven’t, but the technology is the same as towels I’ve used. Wet them and wring them out. The evaporation pulls away the heat. When it dries out, just wet it down again. Worth a try.

MY favorite offshore lure has to be the underspin in florida,it has gotten me hawgs out deep! And suspended. I need a hair jig to try to get my hair bite on! But I just tried jackhammer for the 1st time w true setup rod combos. It was awsome, and I cought on both 1/2 and 3/4 .the Texas rig has been hot for me lately too.just a 3/16 to the senco unpegged.i tried the Norman dd and burned it, and wiggle wart with no luck. But the jackall bling flat side was chewed.

I have to be really truthful on the off shore thing. I tried it a lot back in the day. Weekends did not allow a lot of practice. The color of my lakes were better shallow fisheries. Thus never really got proficient. Then my job required me to miss the last fifteen years. Trying to get back into fishing. With that being said, I caught more off shore fish on a C-rig, football jig and even the bifflebug. However my largest off shore fish came on a Mann’s 30 plus 🤦🏻‍♀️ .. over 8#.. forgot the small numbers. Could never duplicate it 🤷🏻‍♀️

I hate offshore fishing. But if I had to chose one would probably be shaky head. I prefer fishing shallow and in fact I do it all year even if it only means I catch 3 fish.
