@@thechosenone8288 I like ARAM I just dont like how Sunny keeps complaining about Ionia every single moment. Its kind of a bit annoying to me at this point how much Ionia complaining I've heard over the past month lol Whiiiile ARAM works exactly like Piltover Iornia - Generate random champions and win xd tho I like ARAM just as I like Ionia, Seraphine etc. I love the whacky RNG :p

I agree, him saying "I hate random generation" is understandable most of the time, but saying it while having an ARAM on board in a deck where it's basically the wincon is more than a little bit hypocritical.

@@Darkprosper not really when you think about it, the problem with ionia and piltover is that the random generation makes it impossible to play around anything because they can have anything, you can't stop said generation because most of the time it's a on summon or on play effect and most of the time it's unfun removal cards that just stop you from playng (that ignoring ezreal burst kill or colossal viktor), meanwhile aram will allways generate champions, both lowering the chances of a bs win and also balancing the card because champions are cards you build a deck around, in this deck aram is much less a wincon as it is a generate a unit i buffed with this spell every round start that may or may not have a good ability to help me out at this moment, that without even mentioning the fact that the opponent can just obliterate the aram with a spell, that also can have a chance of having been generated. tldr; you can still win against both decks, but a match against generating spells will never be fun, because whats the point of winning it if the match stalled to round 15 and you didn't even win it with the fun card you built a deck around because the opponent didn't let you, the win is not worth it.

@@pedropimenta896 Because one of the main goals of LoR back in the day was being a skill based game with the less amount of rng as posible To put it into perspective, Make it rain was an extremely hated spell back when Bilgewater was released, To the point it got brutally nerfed to 3 mana for a while So imagine how people at that time would react to the fact that you can make extremely rng reliant decks like Seraphine and ARAM, Or Bandle city in general lmao

@@pedropimenta896 here specifically is because every single concept, mechanic, card, wincon, is dependent on things that were far from foundations understandings. This can be said for many decks, but in most decks you see cards or concepts that already existed back in the game's launch while in here it's all "new". Add that with the enemiy decks being played, the poolparty board, the Rek'Sai card back the pulsefire Chip, and this video has officially distinguished itself completely from foundations

Adding Bandle City instead of the Void as the 10th region is the exact moment this game changed trajectory and went downhill. Every meta since then has been poisoned by Bandle City's bullshit and it makes me sad, because the game could've been so much more if they stayed away from heavy RNG and card generation and true to the original design principles

I guess you can, but without Akshan you lose out on the champion buff that he gets from the second landmark. You might have to change a lot of other cards too if you don't play Akshan because a lot of the cards in that deck synergize with Akshan.
