Hoping that MD doesn't copy the most recent TCG Banlist (at the time of posting this) in regards to Isolde, at least for anytime soon; Still trying to make this deck (got super side tracked by many other deck projects) and I hope I get the chance to to have fun with this deck one day. Honestly starting to like beat down/OTK decks more after getting exposed to more meta stuff and not really liking it as much. Even if that ban happens in MD too, I hope to maybe find some way something like this work. Keep up the good work Iremia with creating fun decks like this.

Holy shit this deck is my dream deck since i bought the gilford equipspell structure deck back in the day! I thought it was really cool but it was never really good enough...but now it is😏
Do you think it could be possible to do something like that for adeck containing "Exxod, master of the guard"? It was one of my favourite cards growing uo but sadly to this day I haven found one singke deck that made him somewhat playable
Funny you mention Exxod because it was a favorite when I was a kid too. I’ve actually been theorycrafting a silly strat with Exxod for a while; the main problem is all the potential sphinxes are level 5 or higher and aren’t very good. But it’s definitely on my list to try and make work. If you have any ideas, let me know.
@@iremiagaming sadly I was never really good with theory crafting, I suppose the easiest way would be to play pendulums given their level but I don't know of any good archetype that would support this specific playstyle.
I think there is a searcher for Gilford, this is one of Puppet Pawn's effect: "....You can banish this card from your GY; add 1 EARTH Warrior monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Puppet Pawn", then your opponent can add 1 monster from their Deck to their hand." . Maybe you can cook another recipe with this card.
The next 2-3 videos have positive win rates. I want the series to range from strategies that are surprisingly good to decks that are clearly just for the memes. I'm trying to be very open about the win rates since gems are a limited resource.
Maha vailo was on my list while I was crafting the deck, but it’s a spellcaster. You would need to change it to warrior with DNA surgery or the like to work with Gilford.
I could never really understand the logic of only having psychich end as the endboard. I'd much prefer the amazing dragon setup during the opp's turn. Sure, it's prob a bit more vulnerable than psychic end, but being able to potentially spin 4 cards is awfully nice.
I want to see someone do this sort of strategy with Mikanko. They're probably the best ritual/going second/equip spell deck out there on average. Water Arabesque in general is kinda busted, since it summons a dancer off of returning a monster to the hand, removing your opponent's strongest monster without blowing it up or banishing it. Ha Re is also a warrior, meaning she can be equipped by Gilford's effect. Because her effect makes opponents take all battle damage and her built in protection effect with the equip spells, it's got potential.
