Helloooo…..my gaz kitchen family, on todays recipe we have the most requested delta delicacy, called OWHO ESHA cowpeas soup).
This is a very traditional recipe for the urhobos, it is served in their traditional marriages and other notable events. This dish is mostly cooked by women who are considered to have kitchen experiences and most of whom are advanced women between the ages of 50 and above. These women cooked this dish with love and so much effort, so I’m going to share this recipe with you all with love from me to you and i hope you love it 😘.
