This Dessert is My Daughters' Favorite ‼️ Making This is Child's Play ✅ Custard Kadayıf Dessert 

Hello, first of all, since I shot some parts of the video with one hand, I'm sorry that the video came out differently due to me holding the phone incorrectly 🤗
Apart from that, I came with a very nice old recipe. I did it because girls like it. Milk dessert made without using an oven.. already roasted kadayıf is sold in packages everywhere 🙋
Pudding kadayif with delicious cream
200 g roasted kadayif
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon butter
For the pudding;
4 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons corn starch
6 tablespoons of sugar
1 liter milk
1 vanilla
1 bag of plain whipped powder
I put kadayıf in the pan. I put butter in the middle and melted it. I stir-fried it. The sugar does not melt, it remains crispy inside the kadayıf. It makes the kadayıf delicious and crispy.
Let's leave it to cool.
Let's spread half of the cooled kadayif evenly on the bottom of the top.
Drink the pudding;
Let's throw everything except whipped cream and vanilla into the milk and cook it until it thickens. When it thickens, turn the heat down to vanilla, then turn off the heat and when it cools down, add the powdered whipped cream and mix everything well. Let's feed it to the pudding and let it cool.
When the pudding is close to cold; Let's put the pudding piece by piece on the kadayıf and spread it.
Spread the remaining kadayif on the pudding.
You can put the dessert at room temperature in the fridge, leave it there for about 2 hours and enjoy it.
