@@Xanaxdu to be fair i enjoy the vital bracelet for what it is (evoing and breeding and i had no issues with going to mega) not for the apps features you mentioned. I basically just used the old app as storage anyway so im not too upset on that end (but i dont understand why they couldnt have the digimon carry through through the BNID)

The more depressing thing is, given Bandai's track record, this new arena app will probably shut down in 2 years and maybe this time without a replacement. So what do we do then?

I've been thinking about this myself. My hope is that fans pick up where bandai left off and make some kind of storage solution other than that thankfully the BE doesn't rely on an app as much so it'll be more of a complete experience when that happens

Japan has always had a terrible history with online games. (only a few exceptions get to survive) Digimon being a least priority for bandai will always lead to this ending.

Vital Bracelet Arena really sucks. It's so charmless. There's no templates, the storage system looks worse, and there's no Be Strong With You! I really miss the aesthetic and the customization of the Lab. And the raids were super fun! Plus I had to transfer all my mons one by one, I don't know why they didn't make a way to transfer between the apps. I hate it. And unfortunately my Gammamon DiM wasnt working so I lost my original two VB mons. I hate that they keep discontinuing the Digimon apps. This one especially sucks because it tied to a product line and they made it essentially worse.

Wow, thanks Bandai. All my megas are gone and we now have a bland app. Good thing I only have the Impulse City dim. I also now have a reason to break out my vb again. Two good things that have come from me losing my job 18 months ago, about a month after I got my vb. Never had the money to get more dims. So, not a lot of work to get the megas back, but okay. Thanks Bandai.

Yeah it's a real shame they didn't figure out some way to mass transfer because doing one by one was only going to make this all a lot harder than it had to be

@@Xanaxdu I know they could have done an app-to-app transfer. While I'm upset and this was a bad move, but understandable, I'm kind of glad. I now have motivation to put my VB back on and work cardio back into my workout routine, instead of just lifting. It still sucks, though.

IMO, they could've waited about a year, keeping the old app alive until the new app had gotten better. Also, they could've figured out a way to mass transfer Digimon without wasting people's time doing it manually. It angers me that Bandai suddenly ditches the old app, supporting their worse-version new app in the process. I just wish they'd care about the users that had used VB Labs for years and the cherished Digimon they raised.

@Xanaxdu dude i completed 2 dims and now that effort is just gone. Heck I didn't move my digimon cause I kept hearing that the new app would lose those digimon, and I didn't even know they were gonna close the old one. I'm just disappointed but in hindsight should have expected it anyways.

OMG absolutely I like pvp but it would be great to be able to work together again with people. The only reason to train is for pvp but that's not enough of an incentive imo

I don't like the new one The old one was really an extension of the bracelet, vpet oriented, the new one is "transfer you things and fight", I use it only to stock when I really need to, I prefer having my digimon in the backup than in that app

Yeah that's pretty much exactly how I feel. This new app just doesn't have the charm as the old one
