Meet Danny the Miniature Schnauzer. He has a lot of issues with his eyes which makes him very sensitive and potentially bitey! I hope you enjoy the video, please like and subscribe! #doggrooming #subscribe #schnauzer
my schnauzer passed away only yesterday. this video made me remember how he was always nervous at the groomer's for the first five minutes, then he would just plop down and try to sleep. miss my boy so much.
I understand lost mine last year 14 years, and still miss him, I went ahead and got two new schnauzer's and they help me cope with him being gone. They are such fun and energetic dogs. Always loving and kind. I have had 4 in my life, likely this will be the last I will be to old to have one next time.
My heart goes out to you. I lost my mini Schnauzer of almost 17 years a year ago. It left such a hole in my life that I didn't know what to do with myself. It was almost like losing a limb & not knowing how to walk anymore, only it was my heart. I hope you are doing ok.
Gosh you make it look so easy 😅. I hand strip my standard schnauzer and agonise over getting it right…if you lived in Australia I’d come to you in a second. Where I live there’s just no groomers available, they’re all so busy they’re not taking on new clients. You have a lovely calmly effect, well done!
My mini is a first class problem child when it comes to grooming. Her first grooming was not a problem. The second one I got a phone call to come get my problem child because she was not having it with the grooming. For the next several grooming after that I had to have her sedated and that costed about $200 per grooming. Luckily I found a mobile groomer who has been able to work with my girl for the last two grooming for half the price and the best part is that I don’t have to take her anywhere to get it done. She still hates to be brushed, and I don’t even think about nail trimming, so she gets the short haircut with no beard and no skirt.
Ahh yes some dogs simply just hate it. I’m glad you’ve found a method that works for you as the most important thing is your dog is in a happy and healthy condition 😁
Aww he looks like the dog (Mattis) who lives across my street 😍 I sometimes meet Mattis and his owner at the park. He's very well behaved, never barks or jump. 💕 Sometimes when I walk home from work and I had a very bad day and meet Mattis I become happy instantly. I'm a cat person and usually don't like dogs but Mattis is en exception :D
I would have loved to have had you for a groomer when my mini was alive. We kept his beard just a bit shorter than that pup and he just looked so handsome.
Must also give props to little Danny as well. Most dogs don't sit well fore grooming regardless, and this lil guy is well-behaved and patient. And schnauzers are neat.
