Most groomers would've taken the easy way and shaved the dogs face, but he kept the integrity of the face and style and wow what a difference. Excellent work , above and beyond grooming

24th! Damjan , some of these doggies are super high maintenance. The owners should know how to keep them healthy and happy. That includes grooming. A lot of owners don’t understand that rushing your dog daily is good for the coat and most doggies enjoy it. Roger in Pierre South Dakota USA 😊

I think some of the matting happens when people pet them. They kind of rub the dog instead of stroking the direction of the fur. Or it's an active dog that is playing and rolling around. I know children that get big rat's nests in their hair too.

These dogs sure have a lot of fur! I wonder if anyone has ever used their 'wool' to make fiber. It was a major job to shave this girl down. She looked great when you finished. She must be so relieved to be rid of that ragged coat. No need to apologize for "taking so long". Viewers can skip ahead, you must take the time to do all the work. It's great that you take the time to do a good job, even though I'm sure you get tired. This is _NOT_ meant as any kind of criticism, just a suggestion. I'm not a dog expert or a groomer, but I've thought it might be good to try to diminish as much as possible unnecessary noises such as occur when you drag the trash can near to the table or when you put down a pair of scissors or the clippers. I noticed that street dogs, who are unused to all that happens here, are easily startled by sudden noises. The salon has nothing to dampen sound (it needs to be kept very clean, so you couldn't have any rugs or drapes). The clipper and the blower are necessary noise-makers, of course.

Great job as per usual. Yes I can see how the owners would have a lot of trouble with that type of hair maintaining it, especially if they don't own clippers themselves. They should get some as they are cheap enough to buy. They can do the in between professional visits clippings. Obviously not everyone that uses them does a good job. I did an OK job but not as good as you how you do it, that's for sure. Anyway that dog must feel so much lighter now with all that gone.

Her hair is so soft and fluffy. How often should they be groomed by a groomer so they don’t mat. Should they be brushed at home everyday? I can’t believe how long those dogs have to stand so quiet. That’s a long time for dogs to stand still and be so good. She looks so good. She could be a show dog…..lol😊I don’t blame her for getting restless.

I had just came across another groomer. They paid the owner $100.00 to let them groom the dog. You wouldn't believe the way they found him. He was soo bad his toe nails were almost totally circled! They said they don't have any shelters where they are. I suggested they keep searching for someone like your friend. I didn't get their location. I still wouldn't have returned the dog. It's sick. 🥵😡🤬
