Great to see you even able to do extra riding from your crash! Pumped for the comp man! Just think of it as a big session with your Hopper Ramps and have fun regardless of outcome!
Amazing blind shed - The Dream! Thoughts for another day... My wife's favorite trick you throw is the flare. Probably one of mine too. She wondered out loud recently how small a feature you could manage to throw one off... And today mused that you've disabled or removed things from your bike many times but never the pedals... Fundamental kit right? But maybe there is a seed of an idea to come up with some gnar or trickery sans pedals...? To the sky!
Hi Sam, pls check SL-Band from your wrist (scapholunate ligament) in next 6 weeks. Often undetected damage will cause arthrosis, not repairable. Best wishes*steff
Yeah Sam an Tom killing it as usual I think a lot of the UK and Europe’s Slopestyle riders should move to Canada because they spend so much time there a bit pricey depends where you go as long as you got some big mountains to ride you’ll be fine
Great Video as always Sam! Do you happen to come to Switzerland any time soon? I have a Steel Dirt jump bike I built myself and I would like you to try and break it!!!
I was on a flow trail this week, three laps 550 altimeter each run. Ended up with two days aiching. The jumps where wayto steep for me. I let the riding to Sam.
Sam when are you going to let me sponsor you! You have massively inspired me... so much so I just dragged the family down to Wales do I could ride BPW 😅
On a professionally built and maintained downhill trail, "trail speed" means no brakes and no pedaling. Of course there are exceptions, but that's the general philosophy.
I absolutely love the blind riding sweet new bike park videos, sooo entertaining to watch and loving that you’re enjoying the Canadian riding :) If you haven’t yet, check out sun peaks resort- one of the only bike parks I think could be better than Whistler. Huge steep dh laps and unreal jump lines
@@RandysRides lol mate ya missing the point 😂wavier or not health care is free there fore they dont give a fuck if they break their arm it wont cost them 10grand !
Sam, just love your riding and love that you've had fun out here. I live in Calgary and ride all over the place. Hope you have a chance to head to Fernie at some point or take a trip to Retallack lodge. They'll show you some heli biking you won't believe. And usually, sometime in the fall, there's a trip with Wade Simmons, Tippy and Schleyer from the lodge. By the way, the "marmot" was actually a Richardson Ground Squirrel. They're everywhere out here. Alot of people usually just call them gophers though, even if they aren't. Have a great time in Whistler and keep enjoying what we have. We're very lucky and sometimes I don't think we appreciate what we have. Hope you head out to the island after whistler
Sam, you need one of those kid's toys with the string you pull and it spits out phrases like "TO THE SKYYYYYYYYY" and "READY FOR A SHREDDY" and "TODAY IS GOING TO BE EPIC!"
Probably a dumb question, but I'll ask anyway. Why don't you have a 2nd camera facing backwards so you can edit in some of the dirt flying from your bike Sam? Love the content, keep living the dream
This is an excellent choice ru-vid.comUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L for those of you wanting an inexpensive alternative to what some would call a trendy purchase. I purchased this for my 62 year old father who is 6'4". He will fit this frame well with a slightly longer seat post. The frame and wheel construction are high quality. The brakes are marginal but you get what you pay for. My only complaint is the front fork dropouts which were misaligned on our specific fork. This made mounting the front tire difficult while aligning the brake rotor to caliper and front axle. Once the axle nuts were tightened down the misalignment issue was resolved.
Hi sir, can I ask for a little help to upgrade my budget bike, I can't work anymore due to college days, and I want to help my family by joining tournaments.
Stopped by to say my kids have been watching your channel for a bit... I've had to build a ramp and some small tech features and my 7yo is in the yard trying to learn to fakie and bunny hop them. He turned my shed ramp into a launch deck. So now at night instead of watching cartoons, we watch a episode of Sam Pilgrim.
In the Canadian wilderness, the Isted can be identified by the bold white letters displaying his name. This also warns predators to keep their distance.
Canada is my dream ! Thanks for this great shreddy. Cheered me up no end as I play pathetic nursing a few busted ribs 🙄 And the new short intro straight into fantastic action was good too 😊 Hope your wrist and bruised back are mending - looks like they are 😂
