Prices would be so great is it budget friendly I currently live in Las Vegas and I know for sure that the prices are going up and because you’re downtown there’s a lot of tourist so that means that it’s going to be skyrocketed they just got a new stadium built down there

Just wanna give an update on Auric after 9 months. Don't do it! This place has gotten worse. They're now building another apartment complex right next to us and it will take another 3 years to build! So have fun with all the noise. The tenants have gotten worse too. Ive had to deal with loud barking dogs and an upstairs neighbors who will not stop stomping! It's actually driving me nuts! I have to sleep with ear plugs because of them. Also,the cops have been here at least 5 times due to the homeless and many other times at parc haven right across the street. The management is greedier than ever and will not let me break my lease without paying $6900 and 60 notice. Do not move to auric!

What is the name of the apartments

I live at Auric and it isn't that great. A homeless person broke into the bike room my first week here. The amenities are no longer 24 hours. That was a huge selling point for some and it doesn't look like it's coming back anytime soon. Management is intrusive. They will not give you an option to schedule times for mandatory inspections. They give you a broad time frame from 9am-5pm,Tuesday and Wednesday. I don't trust third party vendors to be in my apartment so I have to waste two days just for them. I have the A5 floor plan at $1997. They tack on $125 for amenities,$150 for parking,and you have to pay ALL utilities. I'm looking at $2500 a month only to have limited access to amenities and no privacy or respect for my time. It took them 6 days,3 complaints to get the feces cleaned from the garage floor. I'm still not sure if it was human or dog feces. Somebody with a big truck came into the garage and knocked off the 'maximum clearance' pole. I talked to security about it and he said he heard it. He just stood there while I picked it up to move it to the side so no one would damage their cars. Security is lazy and most of them are too young to care about anything. Overall,it's not worth the price. Remember this:you are here to please the management! They are not here to please you. I've only been here for two months and I'm already wanting to leave. Turns out,it would cost me close to $6900 to break my lease! That's right,six thousand nine hundred dollars! Find a cheaper place and spend that money on hobbies and other recreation! You will not be able to utilize the amenities all the time.
