0 chance sharks take Eiserman at 2nd overall, if we do end up at 2nd or 3rd Sharks probably pick up Levshunov. We may need goal scoring, but there’s a few of those guys come up in to prospect pool. We don’t have anyone on defense right now or even coming soon… going to be a few years before we’re good again.
That’s a crazy top 10 bud lol, But I definitely respect you have an opinion… personally San Jose would pass on Eiserman. They need goal scoring an Demidov is a goal scorer he’s got Kucherov level talent so they would go with Demidov and if not they would go with Cayden Lindstrom… Lindstrom is probably just as good of a goal scorer than Eiserman while being bigger, more physical, faster, better defensively and gives 100% effort… Cole has a lot of holes in his game and reminds me of Arthur Kaliyev… Eiserman has an electric shot but that’s all he has and his effort for me is a problem and his game just does not translate to the NHL in my opinion… Also Zeev Buium, Carter Yakemchuk, Artyom Levshunov, Anton Silayev are 100% better prospects than Adam Jiricek… Jiricek would not be the best player available for the penguins at 10 if they wanted a D man… Macklin Celebrini Ivan Demidov Cayden Lindstrom Zayne Parekh Tij Iginla Carter Yakemchuk Artyom Levshunov Zeev Buium Berkly Catton Cole Eiserman Yes I know Buffalo has lots of D but at 8th overall Buium is the best Asset available at that spot and you could use him for a trade or keep him and move out another D just like Nashville back in the day they used Seth Jones to get the Centre they needed, But Buium ceiling is high and I could see Buffalo keeping him in this case… Berkly Catton goes 9th overall for me if you are going off this draft order… He’s not that big and a lot of what he does now will not work in the NHL and he will have to change his game to adapt to the NHL which possibly lowers his potential…. If Cole Eiserman is there at 10 the Penguins will take a chance on him and 10th overall is a good spot for em… Yes I know… Tij Iginla 5th overall, He’s a Unicorn Type player just like his father. We are seeing what he’s going in the WHL playoffs right now and he’s been lights out, He’s on of the youngest players in this draft he’s 1 month away I believe from being eligible for the 2025 draft, He’s probably still gonna grow from 6’0 to 6’1 and probably weigh 190+ pounds when he gets to the NHL, He’s probably one of the best goal scorers in the draft he goes anywhere on the ice to score… Iginla can shoot from far he can crash the net he can use his speed to get past players, He’s a modern Day power forward like Juraj Slafkovsky, Plays a physical game and has lots of skill… Other than Celebrini Tij Iginlas game probably translates to the NHL the best out of all the forwards in this draft behind Celebrini… This would be my Top 10 with the order you have the teams picking, Yakemchuk, Buium and Levshunov have just as high potential as Catton or Eiserman while being more impactful for a team providing solid defence and great offence so I believe teams will be picking Ds instead of Catton or Eiserman or helenius… Catton, Eiserman or helenius wont win you a championship, But Yakemchuk, Buium and Levshunov would… Catton and Eiserman do not have the potential of Celebrini, Demidov, Iginla or Lindstrom these 4 forwards would help you win at the NHL level because their games translate perfectly to the NHL, That’s not the case with catton, Eiserman or Helenius…
