Since the update the game is not as entertaining. In DLS 23 you could score some great goals from distance and It was a lot of fun to score a screamer in the 90th minute from 35 yards out. DSL24 seems more of a passing game now. The knock ahead is the only real overall improvement.
Ehh I get what your saying, but was kinda annoying when you dominate an opponent, do everything right, and they still win just from blasting the ball from literally wherever they want
Yeah true but the challenges are absolutely amazing and it makes my life so much easier because grinding is so easy now. Since I downloaded DLS 24 and started a fresh new team, I have already signed Haaland, Messi, Ronaldo, Vini Jr, Osimhen, Zielenski etc and also maxed GK Courtois and almost maxed my first non GK because grinding is not as hard anymore because of the challenges. Didn't spend a dime on the game either and I'm having a blast
Yeah very true, my record of banger longshots is a 37 yard shot with Immobile. Always so much fun especially when you just started off a new account and grind up your team by scoring like 12-13 goals by using this technique, its absolutely far away from realism but man its so damn entertaining and makes lotta fun.
Honestly I could give it 6/10 .The fact that the defence is still a problem,slow to react and dream draft.I did not expect any dissapointment in dls24😂
Dream Draft is disappointing bruh WHAT is the point of a new added Consept in the game and get people hyped only to find out you have to pay real money knowing THAT most of THE players including myself are free players not using real money But either than THAT the update was not bad i give it a 8/10
I totally agree with you + my defense is annoying (very low speed) + sometimes the players don't go to the ball + the goalkeeper who go to the middle of the pith to stop the ball 😂 + we need to developing the player we want like in dls 19 not randomly or at least the 11 players i play with
Dude the ai always scores a headers.every time they get the ballots a cross and header. I can’t do anything abt it. literally it scores header from edge of the box
honestly this update was a disgrace. Firstly the difficulty is so hard. Second, the ai is too fast, I’m here with 90 speed and got out paced by a 69 pace. Thirdly, headers always go over net or saved by keeper. Lastly when I get tackled, my players stop for a second while when the ai is tackled they DONT STOP THEY
Update wanted: we could make random formations as we like. And 1-2 tiki-taka passes with same two players must be, like passer must come to receive another pass and and keep going forward
The defence AI is just so dumb. When I switch to another player, the player I switched from stops running...like his life plus was turned off...making my defence a man down
The game's difficulty is incredibly increased in career mode, especially in legendary division till dls 23, it was cake walk but in dls 24, i manage to win just by a goal or just manage to get a draw :( the defence has got very difficult to beat 😢
@@bigmoisture69 I can relate 😂. I don't have a problem with the opponents being tough. I have a problem when my players act dumb. When I pass my player just backs up for no reason instead of getting the ball. When I tackle the ball rolls away from me and goes straight to the opposite etc. That's what gets me every time.
The secondary press is actually very useful when playing against a possession-based player. You can use the player you are controlling to cut out potential passing lanes as you keep the opposition under pressure. You will either make a successful interception with your primary or secondary player. Especially useful after kick offs. It also really helps because the game takes time to change player and sometimes changes to the wrong player which makes it difficult to react in time when the ball reaches your final third...resulting in a long shot or a successful dribble against your final defender and a goal conceded (more often than not). The only option you have in such circumstances is to call your keeper.
What annoys me with dls 24 is, when you going forward after interception sometimes the second striker move and turn back the time you pass the ball to him. You end up passing to an opponent.😡😡😡😬
in my opinion, i think dream draft has potencial to be an amazing feature in dls, and i was thinking of how to make it playable to every player inside of the game. 1- the price to enter in tournament, we should pay at least 500 coins since we are getting a bunch of gems for winning it. 2- the dream draft is played against real players so we can have a more exciting gameplay. 3- the drafting players idea keeps in the game mode so the game becomes diferent. 4- we have the possibility of using a full common/ rare team to make the game less boring (this can be used in diferent dream drafts when dream draft refresh) thats what i had to say 😃
tbh this updatw made career mode hard bc they made every ai players more harder and make my players more tired and confused especially my gk it cant even save a easy shot while the enemy gk acts like a prime yashin
Long shots always end up at the post or narrowly wide,it's like sometimes the game wants you to score and other times it doesn't, I tried changing the camera angle but still the same results:/
The gameplay was enjoyable and actually took some ball knowledge until they reverted it back to C-Spam due to complaints. One of the main issues with this community.
Hey Jeff I agree with you, literally dream draft is the worst thing to exist literally there's the store. And also lately I've seen a bug whereby when I click on the best button it literally brings in 86 mbappe over my 98 ronaldo, like seriously. They need to fix this. And also c spamming 😢, it's just too much a guy literally starts a match and my tactic is on defending and my defenders just look at the ball fly over as their striker comes past my defense.
The applying pressure feature is amazing!!! You can control your player and anticipate the opposition’s run whilst applying pressure on the ball. I think it works amazing against just hold C… once you get used to it. So far, the close control has only really helped when through on goal or with time on the edge of the area, where it seems a little easier to hit an accurate shot. Knocking the ball ahead is easily the most useful feature, and you can use it to turn an opponent, not just using it to run forward fast.
They're only 2 things wrong with this game first keepers are trash no matter what rating they are you can easily score them and second they should add difficulty levels to the game
script was already existing and it sucked , now just the amount is doubled , i just can’t get it how i score 6-0 against a really weak team and then another weak team beats me
The thing i didnt understand is: why the carrer mode is only online, BC when dream league move to a New engine you Will lose 80% of the content being Able to play only exibithion mode
ALSO they've reverted the gameplay to the just hold C spamming which sucks, and online games are favoured for haland merchants they've pretty much rounded off to the last years update after complaints of the new 24 update smh
Yh bro... That's true, the reason why many complain about the long shots.... Is that, it's based on their camera mode!! Ball camera mode is the best for taking long shots.... Try it!!
in my opinion those super agents couldve been a maxed player already, or a non-maxed player that got downgraded. for example, a 84 base card suarez, buffon, 83 bale, 83 aguero, possibly 88/89 messi and ronaldo for those new players. but dude thats a scam right there lmao
I think they should add a special currency that lets you enter dream draft and earn it somehow, like playing matches and completing the season or winning online matches .
I only got two problems with his game , the speed bc my 100 pace messi stays toe to toe with a 70 pace player n second is any type of body contact turns to a foul
I FUCKING HATE THIS GAME ! So, basically, I am pretty good at this game, which means I found myself in division 11 (dls live) in just a few hours of starting this game, but now, I keep losing because BALANCING IS ASS ! My team is composed of : 1 legendary starting captain, two rare players (just bought them) and the rest of my team are just basic, oh, and my non-basic players get exhausted all the time from playing against all-legendary teams, how am I supposed to win? they're just so fast and steady, and most importantly, SMART ! I do win from time to time when teams are composed of mostly rare and basic players but otherwise I'm just not having fun anymore.
As a recent player that joined in the dls 24 era, im a f2p (free to play) player and i can't ever get good and high rated players. My 2 gold players are 1. Free captain Ciro Immobile and 2.Heung Min Son from gold agent i saved up gems for after 2 whole weeks, i always get hammered in dream league live by p2w players that have insanely fast players and im getting tired of it, i only play career now, does anyone have tips for this and how to get good players?
To me, it sucks. I was so excited for it but it disappointed me. Not by gameplay but when I launch the game, it just freezes on the screen and I can't advance to the next screen
Goalkeepers are trash in dream league. They dont even know how to save 1v1. Players like messi and haaland and mbappe are just like gods in dream league. Every shot from them equals a goal and this is bad for a game that is supposed to be realistic
This feature sucks. 150 Dream League Live matches win. That Impossible. I can't even win 50 live Match in a season. FTG gives amazing offters, if i purchase these i will become poor 😅
