This game is 22 years old with incredible drifting physics even when compared to Assetto Corsa, it is called Live For Speed. The tired do blow out after a few laps, but there's a software "TempLock" which you can use in singleplayer for permanent tires, even in some online servers which support that mod.

The tyre physics update has been coming since around 2008, you used to be able to use LFS tweak to turn off tyre heat but it wasn't really used in multiplayer, pretty much just need to pit every lap if you don't want to have it like drifting on ice.

This is the best feeling sim of all time. It may not be the most realistic, but the physics just feel so cohesive. As an example, iRacing feels like a completely different car once the car starts sliding. In LFS you just have a smooth feeling transition between not drifting and drifting. Weight transfer drifting feels better in this sim than any other.
