This Dubai Chocolate Bar SNAPS!
✨Recipe:
1 cup pistachio paste
1 to 1 ½ cup shredded phyllo dough, cut into small pieces
vegetable oil
2 to 3 cups milk chocolate, melted
¼ cup white chocolate, melted
1 cup flour
½ cup corn starch
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 ½ cup water
1. In a mold, drizzle white chocolate over and heat baking chocolate (not too hot so it looses it’s temper) as the first layer. Place in the fridge to let that layer set
Making the Shredded Phyllo Dough (homemade because everywhere is sold out):
1. In a bowl add the flour, cornstarch, salt, oil & water together, whisk until completely smooth.
2. Strain out all the lumps from the batter and fill a squeeze tube fitted with a super tiny nozzle.
3. Squeeze a small amount of batter out in thin strands until fried. Place aside when they start to pull up.
2. In a pan add the shredded phyllo dough with a small amount of frying oil. Fry until golden brown. Add the pistachio paste and mix together.
3. Add another layer of melted tempered chocolate overtop of the mold. Set in the fridge until completely harden
4. Pop out of the mold, listen to that ASMR crack and enjoy 😉
