Not trying to hate I promise but this new content is more sales rather then cheaky custom work and jokes about stuff... the Ducati was cool I watched every single one even tried to win it. Just seems like alot of the channels I used to watch always have seemed to turn into corporate commercials.
@@benjaminpeck7070 I totally get it! I can't wait to get back to that content. Right now is my peak season in my main business, so I couldn't dedicate time to a full build right now. So eBikes are an easy choice to fill the time with. 🙌🏽
I appreciate the comment, Mr Meme!! Always hard to read some of the comments when my heart truly lies in the custom builds. But eBikes serve a good purpose on the channel too.
Is it possible it could accept two 30 AMP battery's from another source ? (how specific are the battery's needing to be, from a mix and match standpoint?)
Not the sportiest looking, but one of the better looking bikes in their line up at a decent value. Seems like over all they make very sturdy practical rides, lots of cargo designs and dual batteries on their site.
Nice that it has removable batteries. Get a couple of sets and you have a ton of range. Another great bang per buck bike and you'll have a bunch of bikes to trade off again soon. You're going to have a selection of cars and bikes to choose from for the day soon.
I saw the video that Electrek did on it a while back. I believe that it did actually cost about 2k then. Now that there's more competition and new technology (21700 cell packs coming out now) they're dropping the prices. The Himiway Big Dog cargo bike has a 20ah single pack and a 400lb capacity and goes for 1999 (if you know a wholesaler you can get one unbranded for half that). It's one of the good things about how quickly the tech is advancing. All of these great 18650 cell bikes are going to drop in value when more 21700 bikes come out. I myself don't really need more than 16ah for where I live (and there's PLENTY of that on the market) and I haven't driven a car in 4 years. I got 46 miles out of my Aventon Sinch once on a single ride before and that's with "only" a 14ah battery averaging about 15 mph (some 26 mph sprints here and there also). Granted that was with moderate pedal effort the entire time but I rarely ever have to go more than 20 miles in one day. A year ago I was going to do a video about the Vitilan V3 but got into a nasty email battle with them over UPS and their wonderful delivery service and ended up cancelling the whole thing. That bike at the time was 1499. It's now 999 and hits 32mph on just throttle. Seriously, ONE YEAR later it's reduced in price by 33%! Downside is that it doesn't use a brand name battery (some offbrand Chinese label) and has 13.4ah but feature for feature definitely a better buy for the price than the Lectric XP IMO.
Yep pretty much well said. The manufacturer likely Yolin as same components but did get the unbranded Yolin with two real 22Ah Samsung 21700 cells as did look inside and discharge tested them and dual motors with alarm cutoff and etc for a little over $1700 shipped to door. It came in perfect condition with just having to only do basic assembly but brakes aligned and no issues. I love the bike as a utility bike overall with 400 IB rating, great frame and good suspension. It replaced my engwe ep-2 pro which sold to someone. It rides smoother then the Engwe suspension as the Yolin no clunking noise when going over bumps as the Engwe did even though the Engwe had lockout if using the suspension unlocked it clunked no matter setting. The Yolin no lockout but the suspension is great can’t feel the road and float over bumps. The Yolin is same size as Engwe without the foldable function but is same utility design and better frame height relation to pedal as can actually pedal the Yolin and not cramp up. The one in video only having two 10Ah batteries is a deal breaker as why did they bother? Just do one larger pack at 20Ah or two 20Ah 21700 packs for price and maybe would have been a decent value?
All E-Bikes hould have the choice to get multiple battery packs so you have not to worry about you running out ona. Fun day.. thanks for the reviews brotha
I am not aware of any serious e-bike company that prohibits you from buying another battery. Or did you think the extra battery on this bike was free? I promise you, you're paying for an extra battery, just as you can with any other e-bike.
Bro long time subscriber since the Ancheer days lol.. seriously considering buying one of these.. want to sell yours? Keep up the great content man.. loving the new go kart!
Hey this is to warn other youtube subscribers that someone is sending a text only phone number to the people in the comments . Saying your this months shortlisted winner and you won a new Sur ron. And that shipping cost is needed to ship the Sur ron. Beware of hackers Thank you.
I got a magicycle cruiser had it 12 days before a truck pulled out in front of me.. I was going 23mph multiple broke bones. Lady terrible insurance. About to be homeless needing surgery trying to get state medical help. Be safe don't ride on streets. People don't realize how fast these go. I bought bike for ubereats. With injuries can't even get a job. No way to get a car either. One dumb ass on road can cripple your life. Good luck all
I've been riding on the streets for well over half a century. I see two kinds of riders: those who blame everyone else for their accidents, and never learn anything, and those who figure out what they should have been doing differently and actually learn something. The first kind should definitely stay off the streets, and I mean completely off. They shouldn't even be driving cars, although they still do, which is the first lesson the second kind of rider learns quickly.
I LOVE my FucareGemini!!! Fix'n to have 2 x 52v20/30ah batteries total of 40ah-60ah+- . Mine already runs high 20's- low 30's for first 30-45 minutes before showing it's fatigue . . . . HOLLA:) (( $1,299,sale, still currently I believe?))
This bike could’ve easily had a 30ah battery instead of only 20ah. There are so many single battery 20ah bikes out there so it seems like a gimmick to have two tiny batteries. I think this bike could be way more compelling with a two 15ah batteries model. Would probably be 2000$ but that’s a great price for a true dual battery long range bike
@user-we6bz When buying an Ebike (or any electric appliance) look for the UL Symbol. If it’s UL certified you should be ok and not have to worry about your batteries exploding and or catching on fire. A rule of thumb though with ANY rechargeable device is try to only charge it when you’re home and around and not leave it plugged in. Most all rechargeable batteries have built in BMS to avoid over charging and shut off the power when it senses the cells are fully charged. The most common issue with cheap China batteries is that they have poor quality cells and equally cheap BMS that fail and end up over charging the battery which leads to thermal runaway.
Not significantly heavier, pedalling is about as difficult as any other eBike... Nothing super noteworthy to report! It's not much fun to have to pedal when it dies. But it'll get you home and get you a little exercise. Haha
@@TheInja - The first thing I do with an e-bike is ride about 5 miles with no battery. If it doesn't pass that test, it's not an e-bike. It's a tiny motorcycle with pedals.
Apropos of nothing.... I'd really love someone to take the $1800 Honda Navi and put a front hub motor in it. It already has a storage compartment for batteries. I'd say you could toss the stock lead acid 12v and throw in a little super capacitor in its place\w dc-dc converter and claw a few lbs back. If you threw longer gears on the gas motor and had the electric motor to get up and go, it could be really interesting. Would be a game changer if you could hold 65mph on one but I think that's a tall order.
what song is that on the intro? if you were spending up to 6k on an ebike what should i get best overall IN YOUR OPINION please just tell me two or three then ur top one. please i am in tears watching reviews and deciding F@#K
The Older One Had Motorcycle Style Slick Tires. The Newer One Has Knobby Off Road Tires. I Think The Fenders Are A Little Different Too. I own One. Pull The Trigger On It If Its In Your Budget.
Great review 👍 in 5 mos, Fucare Gemini X is now $1799 and 30AH..! 400# capacity is impressive. What do you think of the Fucare Libra? It also has 400# capacity for $1299, and has full suspension...
@@ryanstevens90210 The new Fucare Gemini X is 31mph, 30AH and $1799 now, The Fucare Libra (My Fave) is 32MPH, 20AH for $1299 and Full Suspension! ($500 dif)
If you want more speed, yea is not going to be much but you can remove the limiter, when I remove on mine it goes from 15.5 mph get to 24mhp, im in uk 😂
After following you for a hot minute…pretty clear you just kinda fell into this and have lost your enjoyment after the initial shock wore off….I would really like to see you do something you LOVE that isn’t a chore. Wayyyy easier said than done. We are all after it arent we!? God speed friend.
90% of ebikes on Alibaba are sketchy as hell. Its much wiser to stick with direct from manufacturer or local bike shop unless your just buying the parts and building your own.
Shoot man I got an evike a giant like a 26 inch but since when you give them away you sell them or whatever I would love to see you give one away to me hahaha I'm just kidding hey man good video peaceful in the Northeast the bearded fisherman I'm living on the quinnipiac river right now and my e-bike the back tire exploded it sound like a shotgun went off so I'm on foot but it's all right I'm going to have it fixed soon so all right man later have a good one enjoy your bike!!
The Chinese innovates a lot at the moment and make us more and more quality bikes and better and better equipped with sympathetic design, only at the engine and original battery level, it does not evolve, they are all equipped with These rear wheel engines of the Bafang brand all like those with a pedal engine, between 400 and 750 watts, and not the 1000 and 1500 watts often announced by Chinese sellers and in addition, some like my fat bike that I Improved, are restrained by a small controller who cannot give the engine the power it can provide and the torque too. And they should make unclear engines, it's better. As for the battery, I suspended one to my fat bike which is certainly Chinese but of good quality with 18650 Samsung cells that I was able to check. It is the same type of battery as this bike, but it is 21 Ah and it is not bigger than these two battery. On the other hand it is good to be able to put two. With mine even with an average of 30 km/h I manage to do according to the climatic conditions and my journey, between 70 and 85 km with a charge by pedaling energetically but without tiring, knowing that I have a lot of ribs at home , stiff and long, so with 2 batteries, it would be ideal, but there is no room for my fat bike which is on a basis of MX 01 that you also have and that of the same color, in red red and black. My battery is a nominal 52 volts and the engine is resistant to the 58.6 volts loaded thoroughly, but sometimes at the beginning, the BMS cuts, so often I load it at 57 volts. The problem of these Chinese batteries is that the BMS are under sized.
