Yeah it shows delivered as it was delivered but the room mate decided to send it back. So it was scanned delivered when the carrier delivered it. I bet if you track it on USPS it shows it coming back.

I once sent $500 worth of Gene doll items to someone in the UK. After 6 months the package came back return to sender. Their ebay account was no longer active and ebay said they had no contact information for them and no way to refund them. I waited another 6 months and then resold them. I didn't know what else to do.

Sounds like there acc got suspended for doing gsp refund scam. I wouldn’t worry about it. Someone who’s awaiting £500 items do not close there accounts themselves.

one of the weirdest things ever for me on eBay returned item was someone bought an oil painting from Mexico, and I sent it out from the united states. The buyer paid 600 dollars and this was when eBay just started about 20 years ago. About 14 months later I get a a big package and it had about 50 stamps from all over Mexico customs mail and I'm so confused, so I opened it, and it was the painting, lol. The buyer never received it and never reached out to me. And I always have buyers who buy stuff for 20 dollars and the next day they're asking were their item is at, lol. So I reached back out to him and he actually said oh I was wondering when I was going to get that. So he said he was going to send me an address to someone he knew in the United States to send it there and he would get back with me and he never did. I guess he was pretty well off to not care about a 600-dollar item back in 2002.

After school reruns were a Thing when I was a little kid, so I saw lots of old reruns from the 60s and 70s. Kidsthesedays grew up with cable and streaming, and no stations go off of the air at Midnight. The RTS sounds weird. I bet Roomie 2 was cheesed off at Roomie 1 for eating all of her cereal or something similar.(LOL) Revenge return!

Don't know how I survived childhood. Sled down a huge hill with a steep drop-off to the side. Crossed a 4 lane highway to walk to school without crossing guards. Cut my foot on a nail in the creek that was at the bottom of aforesaid steep drop and didn't tell my Mom..

If a shippment shows delivered, the buyer could contact the post man with the Tracking number and he can find it by GPS rather than the address. They mark the package when they drop it off and record the GPS of the package. If the buyer has moved and not updated their address, it is on them...

Sometimes items are so unknown, there's not a market for it. I would try to find a FB group that's into copper and try to get an idea of who the buyer would be. Might be popular in another country where they use more copper items.
