I started crying when I saw "the why". I didn't know how my mind worked against me to protect me and keep me in the darkness so I could be hidden and unharmed. But that kept me also disconnected from everyone else. I couldn't keep friends, couldn't trust anyone. I see it now. I let it go. I'm worthy of connection. I'm deserving to be seen and appreciated. Hi, i hope that this realisation helps you to turn things around. I,m on the same journey.I,m 57 and no one, no doctor,psychotherapist,psychiatrist etc has not been able to help me.Join me in the second part of our lives were we will be able to forgive ourselves because we only wanted to protect ourselves. Tell yourself you,re save and that you create your own safety. That you,re worthy of having luck,love,affection, respect, succes, prosperity. You are great,you are awesome, God made you in his image he made you powerful, the universe has your back, it keeps you alive 24/7. No we have to stop sabotaging ourselves. I’m a Rapid Transformational Therapy student right now getting ready to graduate and launch my practice. This is only one of about 15 tools available and each tool is this powerful. This is the most powerful thing I’ve ever studied. I studied to be a pastor and co-active coach but unless we change the subconscious beliefs we don’t actually change. But changing subconscious beliefs results in permanent change. If you have struggled for years or decades with something, this will actually work. Imagine deeply knowing how to effectively and permanently change others lives, this gives you the power to be that channel of blessing and bring true healing, success and fulfillment. So i have done this exercise today i was having repetitive pattern of not having my desired job and salary and if i attract i loose it so after doing this exercise i came to know that when i start to earn my family and then letter other people were always about my money and not myself like my brothers , father never asked how i am but only wants money so in my subconscious i developed that i should have less so that they start caring about me as a human as a person. Its really a breakthrough for me to identify bcz now those people are not in my life anymore and i deserve a lot.

I remembered my Dad being angry about money, telling me it didn’t grow on trees, and that I’m dreaming (about wealth). I see now that I have been experiencing less out of protection. It feels good to let that part of me go. I no longer need protection from wealth! I am worthy of abundance, I am worth having it all! ❤

This one is SO powerful!! I saw my inner child and she told me deep things about rejection by my father at a very young age and how it has affected my relationships my whole life. My violent abusive mother was only kind when i was sick. Ive had so much sickness because of it. Thank you Marisa for healing the world!

I released deep, old fear and anxiety with this meditation. I have tried it a few times but when i was tired and fell asleep. This time i did it in the morning and focused. I feel I cleared or released huge amounts of fear and unworthiness that my deeply jealous and psychopathic narcissitic parents had created in me. Even my narc siblings were extremely jealous, full of intense hate towards me no thanks to my parents and narc relatives. The entire clan was full of disordered beings and they inflicted that much pain onto me. I had thought of suicide a 100 times. Thank God i just cleared much of the fear now, i had to rewind this a few times for the positive affirmations to sink in and to release the attachment to pain and recreating it in the form of unfavourable circumstances and emotionally unavailable men. And now I don't need to do that anymore. These intense, to the point meditations work when we focus. Thankyou Marissa, i just dont have the words to explain how healing this was. Grateful ❤❤❤

Thank you Marisa, perfect timing. I grew up with a narcissistic mother and brother tag team. It took me so long to realize what they were doing bcz as a child I not only didn’t know what a Narcissist was, I didn’t even hear the word until I was older. By then so much damage can be done. I always said, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger..until I believed it! Sometimes the only thing you can do in that situation is to close them out of your life. Your video came at the perfect time bcz I have been ready to clear out the past that was holding me back...giving me the release and power I needed to forge on with a whole new perspective! Thank you!

I can't believe this ... I see it now ... my mother did to me exactly what her mother did to her ... she blocked my father's love ... we had a strong bond because we were both virgos and we were both born in dog years (Chinese astrology) ... she was very close to her father as well ... in fact, she was buried next to him rather than my father ... I protected myself because I was afraid of what else she could take away from me ... this was powerful! I never made the connection before!

Tried 10 minutes..identifying 1 issue about self value related tò the childhood-parents (and tracking the source of this wrong imprinting) I clearly see It has immediately unlocked the right Energy/focus to face some financial issues I was procrastinating. The funny things Is that when I asked "why amnI not facing the financial issues I know I have to face my subconscious gave no reply at all, when I asked "why am I acting in such a poor mindset and low worth" immediately BANG! Like from the Bottom of myself, a far far away corner of my soul or mind the answer came immediately..I literally awake suddenly and took managing all the issues I was not facing before. Wonderful! Thanks Marisa! 🎉

Thank you very much Marisa, my mother was very controlling, so taking on the role of an adult would cause problems, which in the end it did, so I didn’t allow abundance because I would need to take responsibility for myself which I did in the end, this exercise has made me realise this fact, now I have let the old conditioning go. Words can’t express my gratitude, I was crying at the end.

If I was having less then I appreciated what was given. Even if that was nothing. It often was. I wasn’t good enough or worthy enough to have anything because my mother rejected me at birth because I was a girl and not born a boy. Then my whole family saw this treatment and I could do no right in that world even if I was always good and obedient. Out of sight out of mind. Blamed for everything everyone else did and punished accordingly. Always afraid that I’d get yelled at. I lived in a fog just a nobody allowing everyone to step all over me. Use me so you’ll love me, no one loves me

my block is I fear that if I have something, someone or something will ruin it or take it away from me and it hurts so much to know that I worked for something just to have it taken away. So I cope with not having things/experiences/relationships in the first place so I won't feel the pain of having it ruined. What can I say to myself to stop this? Hello , Thank you for your inquiry regarding a 1:1 session with Marisa. Marisa doesn’t take on many 1:1 clients at the moment due to her busy schedule, but previously she charged £5,000 per session. We understand this does not meet everyone’s needs and price range, but we do have some excellent RTT graduates trained by Marisa who would be able to meet with you at a much lower rate.
