We had to spin on the new other meta, Fortemons. This is a hilarious metagame where each of your pokemon is able to use a move as its item. Yes, you heard that right. Our smartest professor CTC joined us for this video and cooked up a team with Raging Bolt @ Rising Voltage basically meaning that if electric terrain is up, all of our moves are two times as strong. Body Press is the coolest item here imo letting you use Defense as your offensive stat for both physical and special moves, letting you run a mixed set. Torkoal also for example gets to spam Overheat without actually losing power on further moves.

Just dropping some other Ideas I've been using here: Dragapult with Assurance for Dragon Darts Greninja with Retaliate and Battle Bond as one of the best revenge killers Gholdengo with Chargebeam for Make It Rain toxapex with infestation for a lot of chip Ursaluna Bloodmoon with Avalanche Any Mon with U-Turn + Hyper Beam/Overheat and their equivalents. Volcanion with Scald Equipped for Scald + Steam Eruption Raging Neck with Stomping Tantrum, both for Immunities and if you misread a Thunderclap

Indeed allowed, but users aren't great. Best option is probably swift swim Overqwil, but losing the speed outside of rain when damp rock is banned means it can't quite get going and its stabs aren't great offensively.

If you want stab on all your moves use knock off an an ability. Also the goat is is umbreon with assurance. That double up foul play with wish wild asf.

Does that work? I don't think Knock Off gets a boost because you can't knock off the move in the item slot

Knock off indeed doesn't work on itemized moves. The 1.5 boost will only be against those that did still opt for a normal item which is maybe at most 5% of Mons.

They can use moves as items to share that itemized move's effects to the other moves the Pokemon has, which is what allowed Raging Bolt to double the power of its other moves in electric terrain thanks to rising voltage as the item.
