If you liked Origins combat, I have yet to find a single video game with combat as satisfying as Batman Arkham Knight. I don’t wanna overhype it, but you literally disrespect every mfer you see
You should do the DLC's for Knight to get the full effect. There's the Season of Infamy Pack which is short side missions, then there's others to play after you finish the main story
It's literally crazy how this game received hate and was criticised back then and was under appreciated. This was my first and is still my fav arkham game. Thank you Tai❤
@@ides966it's the glitchiest Arkham games because WB give the dev of the game small time to develop the game so a lot of stuff in Arkham city was re-ussed in Arkham origins
Because 70-80% of the assets were reused, animations, city everything. Back then people waited 2 years for a game that reused 70-80% of its assets from Arkham City. The standards of games were higher back then, not like how it is now.
When Dontai learns about the Disarm and Destroy combo move, he’s going to love it. Being able to destroy shields, batons, guns, etc. so enemies can’t pick them back up and use them is essential. It’s Triangle + Square if my memory serves me right. Hopefully someone in his chat mentions it while he’s playing Arkham Knight.
Real ones remember the Arkham Origins online PVP sessions. But that's neither here nor there. This game got a lot of hate in its early days. But I honestly really like it. Probably the best version of Bane we've got in the Arkham series. A younger Joker who is more active and the voice acting was great. A younger and more savage Batman. Loved it so much.
Joker vs Bane actually, each team having to race for capture points and having the chance to be Joker or Bane if you got to the door in time, all the while having Batman and Robin fold your shit randomly. I loved that shit, I wish they would bring it back
I remember the Bane fight was absolutely terryfing the first time I played it. At the time I had probably never played a horror game, so it was the first time I genuinly felt true fear in a game that I can remember.
I enjoy your commentary when it comes to playing games with dark/ serious tones like this one, this let's play/walkthrough was fun to watch and hope you continue to play Arkham Knight that's my favorite.
I’ll never forget how absolutely hyped I was for this game when it came out in 2013. I kept rewatching the small amount of gameplay IGN was allowed to show.
As great as Joker's monologue is at the end of this game (you should watch it some other time when you get the chance), you not letting him finish was funny af 😆
Dontai whenever you play Arkham Knight it might suck but listen to what joker says when he has dialogue. It fills you in on the story and some things you might not understand too much because they didnt build up to the reveal in the other games but trust that Joker has a hand in it all.
Every time I've seen Joker's fighting abilities described in the books, it's said that he is "surprisingly capable." They showed that really well in this game.
I don't really care if the combat is the same in city, cause I love city. It's like "oh it's an arkham clone" well great cause I love arkham. And also the stuff they do with Bane slaps, and showing a younger batman and the GCPD.
