There is a difference between being fired and laid off. Firing implies the employee did something wrong. Laid off can be because the business is cutting costs, closing, etc.

Personally, I am not a big Will Farrel fan, I am a big John C Riley fan though and not just because of Steve Brule either. Yes, I am one of those weird people who think Stranger than Fiction was Will Farrel's best movie, but I absolutely love this movie! I watch it all the time, more times than I can count. Between those two, Richard Jenkins, Mary Steenburgen (sp?), Adam Scott, Kathryn Hahn, and Andrea Savage, Rob Riggle ... etc. Absolutely hilarious! My favorite line is "Robert better not get in my face... because I'll drop that motherf-er" mainly because I say it to my older brother, whose name is Robert. 😂

This movie is a classic. 😂😂😂
