I was the captain of the flight, I apologies due to the glitches and trolling of the passengers and additionally I am sorry about the way I roasted a passenger my deep apologies.

I think that an airline should NEVER hire staff that don’t have a computer running macos or windows.

This is the standard at most airlines, however airlines are integrating mobile support into their roles for example some airlines making tools for mobile flight attendants to use but I definitely agree with you
