Welcome to Codenames! We're split up into two teams and have to guess our "secret" words before the opposing team. Each team has a spymaster who can see the entire board. The spymaster comes up with a word or phrase that can link as many correct words together as possible WITHOUT linking the opposing team's words. And if the gray word is chosen by either team, it's game over. Super fun game. I love being spymaster and losing my mind listening to my teammates figuring it out lol. Feels very much like being dead in Among Us and shouting at my computer monitor. Enjoy!

Playing this game together at a table is fun as well. It's amusing to watch the spymaster try to keep a straight face while their team is going off into the weeds. Or for the spymasters to be sharing a knowing look when their team does that.

@@Misanthropolis It works well enough that is has several versions (pictures, duet, Marvel, Disney, "After Dark"). It's likely not as fun to spectate since you don't get to see the spymasters losing it as their team goes off on a tangent you didn't consider. One interesting difference is you can actually use homonyms and other verbal twists to also connect things. The base concept of the game is to create/guess connections.

For the last blue one, I'd have chosen "biped". It hits the two human jobs, the person, and sort of the eagle, while definitely excluding the horse and all the non-livimg things.

Turkeys have eyes Moses has eyes Unicorns have eyes a cricket has eyes Blind in your eyes with sleep you close your eyes Magicians deceive your eyes with a rifle, they say "don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes" a film is made through the eye of a camera I saw with my eyes You can 'sweat' from your eyes as they stated as well... There are 11 possibilities with a couple of stretches, but not as bad a stretch as Maracas and SALAD, lol

The fact that you could technically get all 9 for examination. Doctor at the doctors you get chest, eye (pupil) and reflex examinations (hit). you cam examine wood such as funiture (polish) and doors. Astronauts have to go through medical, physical and academic examinations before being cleared to go to space. Collectors will examine pennies to see the quality of the specimen. and Rubber well.... gloves, pencil (to write down the results).

37:10 I'm thinking BANG 4: The Big Bang Theory has a character named Penny (I don't even watch this show, but as soon as I repeated the word a couple times and remembered Sheldon knocking on her door, it all came together), the Big Bang is closely connected to space, hence Astronaut, banging on the Door is up there in terms of associations, and then bang can be a synonym to Hit, even though that one's a bit stretchier than the others. I've been thinking about this for 15 minutes, please tell me I did not terribly xd I forgot how hard it is to be the spymaster.

Was honestly confused at spelling capital as anything other than with an A. Apparently “capitol” is a thing for US government buildings. Capital is literally everything else.
