The katana loses sharpness as it blocks damage, making it deal less damage and removing the ability to block. You can sharpen it by reloading it

You cant dmg at all when katana is dull it firces you to reload

that not true at all, the dmg from katana is always the same however many deflect ammo you have. it only varies depending on where you hit on models armas and legs take less dmg @@Lopeped-Cring
