I have also read that she was told to try not jumping too much & not to try to dunk, to save her knees, ankles, bones & everything else. Most people her height never have good health into their senior citizen years. An ankle sprain would be very bad for her because all the weight is on top of that twisting ankle. She could also try shedding some weight, that might help a lot, including running faster.
