How to be vegan part 2: Step 1: Get lingerie Step 2: Wear it without the top Step 3: Go to Times Square and a childrens event and promote “veganism” (If you’re asking me if this is true, sadly yes, she did do this…)
Most of them won't run that far anyway. Goats will normally just hang around if you have enough land. Our cows wouldn't even leave the pasture if you left the gate open. The horse would bolt though lol. And pigs can actually survive pretty well on their own. That is why we have such a problem with wild bore in a lot of states.
Don't breed more of them. Problem solved. The demand for meat is plummeting in some countries. Less demand = less breeding = less suffering. It's won by time.
“Would you kill the animal yourself?” Yes. I’m not fazed by the head of an animal because I know what it looks like, when it lives and when it dies. I agree that factory farmed meat is much more cruel than raising livestock and preparing it yourself. Raising awareness about factory farm cruelty is fine, but theatrics like this are just so performative and absurd. Cringeworthy, even. My grandmother grew up in rural Colombia and she did what she had to by tradition and for survival. She raised livestock and took care of them up to the moment that she killed them to feed herself and her 3 sons. Ironically this is where I’ve learned to respect life and where I was taught to understand that life is a sacred transaction of energy. We are born, we take life to eat, we die, we decompose and we are consumed to give life to another.
I agree. I grew up on a small farm in the midwest (Ohio). We had cows, pigs, chickens and horses. And I had friends that had much larger farms. And we hunted. It was just a way of life for us. And I will agree some very large corporate animal production places are pretty bad. Especially very large scale chicken and turkey places. Killing livestock is one thing. Wait until you have to put down a beloved pet or horse or something. Back then you didn't pay a vet to do it. You just did what needed to be done. Actually we didn't kill or butcher our cows though, we sold them live and part of the deal was X amount of meat. We actually stopped raising pigs at one point because it was easier to just trade beef for pork that was already done. The chickens were mostly for eggs and they were more like pets honestly.
but...you don't live in rural Columbia, do you? You're just kind of using that as an excuse to pay money to support this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LQRAfJyEsko.html . Like when you boil it down, you're really just funding the torture/killing of animals for the pleasure of your tastebuds. sounds great /s (also, I can tell you're so predictable that you're gonna say you need meat to survive. tell that to the millions of vegans living without consuming animal products, and the athletes thriving without them as well ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kRCIkTu1JLg.html)
I live a plant-based (vegan) lifestyle, and I’ve been able to share information, make connections and inspire people to consider transitioning w/out having to carry a pig head around… That’s pretty gross & beyond unsanitary
@@RavenJade666 what you need is to mind your own business. Don’t want to eat meat? Your problem. The level of narcissistic entitlement of some people is beyond! You really think you are better than others and that you must show us the way, don’t you?
I fail to see how creating a public disturbance (yelling loudly, playing animal noises, calling people who eat meat names) is going to convince people to become vegan. I say this a lot in regards to entertainment that aren't good games, movies or shows but the creators respond by calling people sexists, racists and much more. It also applies here: "you aren't going to bully me into liking you."
The point IS, that it clearly works! Maybe eating meat has made you "fail to see", there are more physical problems that eating meat causes...clearly. Just LQQK at the fat Helga woman who jumped over the counter...just LQQK what the meat that she ate did to her. You'll agree...let ALL meat eaters eat their meat in peace, right? They'll die off this planet so the killing will stop, right? I say LET them continue eating their meat. All human meat eaters' bodies are, are the graveyard for slaughtered animals...they might as well wear headstones as hats bwahahahahahaha 😅🤣😅🤣😅🤣
If you want to have people make a connection to then you need to bring a pig that is alive so they could see for themselves how fun and intelligent they are.
I absolutely love how that female butcher hauled her ass out of the building & out the door. Why do we continue to see ppl having to deal with these lunatics on their own. Where the hell was security? WTH did it take him so long to show up, conveniently AFTER the other woman drug her out of the building
This girl has zero sense of awareness. If she did, she would have taken one look at that butcher lady and decided to go somewhere else with her protest 😂
I’m a vegetarian. I have been since I was 12, which is * cough * almost 30 years. Not ONCE have I considered telling other people what to eat or how to eat it. Lord knows I get enough of that from others so I know how horrendous it feels. I even cook meat for my husband and daughter. Because they are humans and get to choose their own path. (I won’t lie, there’s only certain meat that I can handle cooking… because I get pretty grossed out… but I try) I’m not sure what has happened to he world that we think everyone needs to be like us. Are we all so weak-minded that we require group-think to confirm that our opinions are appropriate and righteous? Do we need everyone to believe the same as we do to soothe our fragile egos? I wish we could all just get over ourselves a bit and learn to be content in our own minds. Life is too damn short. Sorry. Old-ass vegetarian lady rant over 🤣
You're not wrong, but this girl has every right legally to protest her cause, even in this fashion. As long as she doesn't violate the law, I'm glad she's able to protest her cause. There are places in the world that don't permit this so easily if at all.
Haha, love it. Vegetarians like yourself positively influenced me to reduce how much meat I eat and I appreciate the respect we have for our differences. Vegan friends of mine are fine, and I happily cook for them. But this lady is just ridiculous, and infuriating!
@@ericmilliot5807 I mean, sure … but we also have the right to call her a Karen and laugh. Lol. Edit to add that I TOTALLY agree. I’m grateful every day to live somewhere that we can all be reasonably free to stand up for our beliefs

@@phatsummer8835 same. If all vegans simply put as much effort as they do screaming people into something more productive like... Persuading people in a respective manner and showing that vegan food can taste alright and is a good alternative option to meat... It's fine!
Murder is the unlawful act of taking a human life. So unless that pig was deemed to be a human being it cannot be Murder. I worked in an abattoir for years. The animals are bred specifically for human consumption. Every effort is made to make sure the entire experience is as stress free as possible. They do this several reasons, one reason is that if the animal gets too stressed it can effect meat quality. Not sure if this means anything or not but abattoir workers usually eat more meat than most .
No one was ever convinced to be vegan by being nagged, harassed and harangued into it. Shouting, insulting folks and calling them abusers and murderers will only cause them to dig in their heels and make them more determined than ever to remain carnivores.
When my sis became a vegan, we were all supportive of her. I was actually interested since I had been a vegetarian almost all my life. A few months later she became a lunatic just like the lady on this clip. Protesting at meat shops, harassing family members online and in person, causing me and my husband to just cut ties with her. If she wanted to make us hate vegans, mission accomplished.

@@rcyalater...2305 You are no better then the woman in this video. But don't shame all vegans for the actions of a few.
Yeah no that's literally disgusting. Y'all have zero respect for animals and it's horrible. Y'all will kill animals without a thought simply because they can't speak. Did you know humans are animals too, yet it's frowned upon when an animal eats a human. Seems like hypocrisy don't you think?
Her behavior is actually taking away from what she's so poorly attempting to do. All people see is a wacko. There must be better ways to educate people on the grossly inhumane way so many animals are treated. Put the information out there in a tasteful, sane way and people will respond. I've stopped and started purchasing many products based on the treatment of the animals involved by coming across factually based and "normal" communication.

Do you have a link to this research? I can’t find anything saying that. Plants don’t have a nervous system like we do, so they don’t feel pain. Even if our dna is similar to a banana, if they don’t have a nervous system, how will they feel pain?
Its cells are able to communicate with each other and I know there is science that proves they have likes and dislikes. And respond with different ultrasound frequencies to different stimulus including damage. They have even found that single cell organisms know how to not kill and eat all the other organisms it kills but leave their bodies to rot to make a simple alcohol. I do not have the information at the moment and it was my fiance who wrote the original but she passed away last week and this is not important enough at the moment for me to do the research. Sorry but best of luck.
@@sherricarrievioletalpha448 I am sorry for your loss, and I understand what you're saying. But this doesn't sound like there was a study that concluded with plants being able to feel pain, so you shouldn't be saying it like your original post if there's not proof of that. And if it's only one study, then you should specify that one study shows that, not science in general. But again, I am sorry for your loss.
@@ahalsvik290 well who gets their science from people who watch RU-vid and make comments. And if you do any sort of investigation into scientific fields you can have 10 scientists look at 1 study and come up with 10 different opinions. People still debate the double slit experiment and what it means, and scientists just discovered that slushy state of frozen liquid that fish can live in because it slashes but doesn't freeze solid and then melts again after a while. This was something I thought everyone who had ever had a slurpy or shock a bottle of water that had been in the freezer for a couple hours and it just freezes solid . But I digress, who cares how absolutely 💯 right something is that someone comments on RU-vid when they can't get 100% of the scientists that politicians and other people listen to agree that climate change is real and what to do about it. Best of luck in life but if the accuracy of 1 comment gets under your skin you are going to hate the rest of the internet. No mean intent or hostility.
It was on the news that nearly all the goats were recovered I believe. There was an incident however where a bunch of rabbits were released in a similar way and most were killed, found dead around the property, or never seen again.
And Im going to keep buying Hams for Christmas too :) Hmm, that reminds me, my dad taught me a real good hambone soup recipe... I need to make that soon. So delicious.
Yeah, You're right!! If you were thinking about becoming a vegan and saw this chick you would assume that this is how they are! She is definitely giving a bad name for all vegans!! It is extremely sad what happens to the animals but this is definitely NOT the way to get that point across!! Wtf was she thinking about those goats??? They could have been their pets!!!
The woman in the black shirt literally slid over the glass so slickly just to get the activist to leave lmao- but jokes aside if I were here I'd do the same, pro-vegan or not
Most people don't raise goats for food. Not those kind anyway and especially not just two of them. Probably some poor kids 4-H project. That being said some vegans, especially the peta nuts, which I am sure she is don't think people should have any live stock or pets either. They don't believe in domesticated animals and feel they should all be free.
My nephew used to always like to get fresh bacon from the farmers market. After he saw the movie babe he stopped eating bacon and the farmer said he'd lost some business since that movie (he said laughingly, not bitter). A few weeks later they came back and bought bacon. The farmer mentioned that he thought he stopped eating bacon, and my nephew said "Pigs are for eating".
At first when I saw the goats being set free I thought she was releasing them into a bigger pen. I didn't think that she was releasing them into the wild.
This is like that South Park episode where the students want to keep the cow as their mascot and PETA comes in and throws buckets of blood on them LMAO
And mad kudos to the lady staff worker in black. She is awesome!! I'd buy from her store in a heartbeat :)) (Also the lady in orange looking at the meats, isn't even phased by that vegan nutball lol lol!!)
Should we tell them that eating meat is the part of nature. It's natural to eat other animals because this is how we survived in the wild a long time ago.
I mean they're right that we don't really neeed to in the modern day. Well, se certainly don't need to farm them the way we do. It can be pretty disgusting. But this is the worst possible way to convince people. They are just going to associate vegans with this bullshit and it makes vegans look incredibly unreasonable.
@@mehakbharti6210 Me as an avid hunter. I appreciate the animals sacrifice to put food on my families table. There is no ill intent when I harvest game meat. I make sure I have a perfect shot before putting it down. We as humans have done it since the beginning of time. A vegan holding a slaughtered pig head will not change my mind.
My daughter has been vegan since she was about 13 yo. She's now 30+ yo. However, this behavior would never have convinced me to go vegan. A gentle manner would go a lot further to convince people rather than this screaming, ranting, disruptive tantrum!!
Carrying a severed pig's head into a public place must surely break some laws regarding public hygiene. I'm beginning to think the head was plaster and concealed a speaker or bullhorn.
Fun fact: most farm animals WILL RETURN to their farm or STAY NEAR BY because they KNOW that this is where they have FOOD and SHELTER and usually LOVE (especially the smaller scale farms/homesteads) so let's hope those little goats were able to find their way back. THEY WOULD NOT BE FOLLOWING A HUMAN IF THEY FEARED HUMANS ..

Im not a vegan but I've been a vegetarian ever since I was about 4 - about the age I was able to decide what I could eat. I cannot help it. I just feel way too guilty to eat an animal - I think about who he/she was, what was their life like, I just can't eat meat. And she is telling the truth. Animals are treated horrifically all over the world and it makes me sick to my stomach.
I'm not a Vegetarian or Vegan and I do enjoy my Keto Diet. However, I totally admire the tenacity and dedication of this young woman. Good for her for sticking up for what she believes in.. even if it means carrying a Pigs Head. When's the last time anyone in this comment section had the Balls to stand up like that. Something I thought of. She seems to assume literally every other person around her eats meat. I mean, statistically there should be at least a few vegetarians or even a vegan or two walking by from the volume of foot traffic.
She is too cowardly to confront the people who actually slaughter the animals or PETA for trying to strictly regulate pets, but not the animals-for-food industry ... so she harasses the common people because there are no consequences for her.
Typical what an meat eater would say. Thank God, the vegan movement is alive. I say, let them eat their meat they're ALL very close to their deaths. THANK GOD!!
I was a vegetarian for 14 years and this makes me ashamed...😔. I would not even talk about it unless someone else brought it up and I never tried to turn anyone. It is a private choice.
Don’t feel ashamed for someone else’s idiocy. I know full well idiots like this don’t represent all of vegans. As long as you aren’t shaming others for their lifestyles I’m good. I actually don’t mind vegans sharing what they believe. But when they do it in an idiotic manner such as this woman, it shuts down any respect they would receive from me. Just tell me respectfully what you are advocating for and I would be happy to listen! :)
I am an animal and I eat animals. That's how nature works. It may mot be pretty but thats how it is. What's next? Is she going to hollar at a pack of lions and tell them not to eat meat?
Does she know that her intelligent pigs will also eat each other? That’s why Farmers snip their tails, so they don’t bite it off, taste the blood, and eat each other. They will also kill and eat a person if they fall into their pen and start to bleed.
And not to mention that even if vegans won, pig farms would have to kill every single pig, due the danger they pose to farmland, people, and ecosystems.
She says we can be healthy without meat but a being healthy includes having a balanced diet and having a balanced diet includes eating from all food groups.
It's possible to be healthy without meat, but it's very, very difficult and really requires advanced nutritional knowledge. Most people are better off going low meat or some other variety.
See that was my first thought. Everyone is making fun of her. Who is to stand up for the innocent animals who don’t have a voice? It’s up to us, humans, to do that. While this video is not everyone’s cup of tea, I do see her point and why she is doing this. There is healthy ways to communicate the inhumane, disgusting, cruel torture animals endure everyday for us to eat. Animals feel pain just as we do.
The 1st rule of activism is not to take extremist actions, it undermines the cause one is trying to promote. Frankly, those who prefer to eat veggies as it spares the life of an animal, need to grasp the fact...plants are living beings too, havestested on a much grander scale, the hypocrisy they promote denies this reality... This gal needs to take a class in biodiversity, the cycles by which life on the planet exists in the first place and a great deal of therapy...a path by which she can learn to overcome her zealous mania.
Grew up around farmers (flora and fauna) but raised by city folk, taught to think about the natural world from the micro to the macro in which humans are simply part of the menagerie. Our ability to nourish ourselves is contingent upon billions of other living things, to single out a specific as more precious or worthy, including our own species...of a mind, short sighted road to mass extinction.
There was a comedian who said that cow farts produce methane which is harmful to the ozone. Plants create oxygen and otherwise improve the atmosphere, and ozone. "I'm eating the problem. You (vegans) are eating the solution".
My brother's friend released a bunch of minks from a farm a while back. The ones who weren't immediately hit by cars died within days from the elements/starvation. He is still dealing with legal issues 10+ years later.
Good on him for rescuing them. It may have not been the best outcome however them being tortured for years in small cages with crate bottoms which deform their feet amongst other horrendous living conditions def isn’t better than them just dying from natural elements.
Having dated a crazy person like this, well they became (completely) crazy after turning vegan, go figure...I can say that I know every time I see something like this I purposely eat more meat. Meat! Meat! That's all I like! If you don't like it go take a hike!
Does she realize that she could have traumatized other people's children? It's the parents job and or choice to explain cruelty to animals to their children. Not anyone else's. She was outta pocket

A good friend of mine in 1993 went to a highschool PETA meeting wearing a leather jacket, leather shoes, a rabbit's foot while eating a 4X4 animal style from In n Out that was across the street. He had another one of her friends holding a huge VHS recorder film it. It was great because they tried to ignore him until he charged dropping chunks of meat on the ground.
LOOOOL! The first Karen complaining about pigs being slaughtered, appears to be wearing "leather" shoes and a "leather" belt. Good call Karen. Another great video bro"!
LOL I know, really. And that megaphone and her iphone she has, also has some sort of animal byproducts in the plastic, ect.. too. In fact, everything we touch, basically has SOME sort of animal product in it. And us horse people need leather saddles, girths, bridles, and us need leather paddock boots because leather is softer and gives more than nylon or plastic or whatever else is out there. So the crazy bimbo can give up the hope of having a non-leather world.
