So he's stuck there, not wanting to live there, it's very custom now, which buyers don't like. He's got 7 million of his own money stuck in it, when he could have put that 7 million in stocks or anything other than an overpriced home over the last however many years he's lived there, making him money instead of it sitting there losing value.
