Why fuss if Joe or anyone gets free stuff? I wouldn't know of them but for Joe. I'd throw stuff at him also, it's part of doing business. Plus he is technical in his reviews. Not just "it's perfect" constantly.
I don't like reefs servos, i bought a brand new 444 reefs servo and i setup my end points and it lasted me one battery pack. And i bought a power hobbies 29kg and ive had it in my kraton v2 4s for a couple months and it's still going strong 💪. 115$-30$. Idk.
I have 2 power hobbies 760s in my LMTS. I bash them, and they just keep on working. They are great servos. I do want to try the 800 lp in one of my vanquish builds.
We're you not able to get the servo warranty since it blow so fast ?? I'd be so mad if a new servo that coast the prices they do failed. For me I go for the holmes hobbies servos for in my crawlers. There 3s-4s strait power from the lipo and I love them.
Reef "gave" them to you? Ive bought and supported Reefs(because he's local)for years at full price, half a dozen servos, and some winches(way before you knew who he was). Never was given a discount. He even told me "ill hook you up." But no. Only offered street prices. Holmes-Hobbies SHV800 or NSDRC for $60 cheaper for a similar product.
