It's absolutely not saxophone, we can hear a trumpet and a trombone on this track. Moreover the guy who actually plays here is a well known jazz musician called TROMBONE Shorty lol.

if you didn't understand the clip, he is in is original country which is in Greece, on a little island, all of these safety jackets, are from syria irak and african war and powerty refugees crossing mediteranean sea to greece, actually european union considers that 200 millions refugees will cross the sea to europe within 20 years because of war, starvations, and climate disruption, which basically means the gratest human migration since USA pionners. He highlights the crisis, and shows that somes jackets comes back alone. Sorry i'm french
