idk if this is correct, I think I saw from florry long time ago that if two armies arrive on a province on the same day that its determined from the tag of each country alphabetically which one is there first.

The early game is really well played, but I think you either forgot to rival Crimea or he wasn’t available for you to rival and you didn’t want to risk and wait. If the second situation I think you can save and reload the game to make the engine recalculate everything (like with coalition dispersion)
