Its just the natural progression as the sport grows, that more competitiors start up and with that the money increases, so its all good. If CJI is successfull ADCC to no doubt will increase prize money. Mo Jassisms personal wealth is completly irrelevant, thats not how business works and hes not even the owner. Craig is a very smart businessman and CJI hopefully will be amazing!

Luke's jiujitsu is definitely top shelf. Chris Weidman was a phenomenal grappler and gave Andre Galvao some trouble when Chris was just a purple belt at ADCC 2009. And I've heard some insane gym stories about Chris rolling in the gym. I'm doing a bit of MMA math for sure, but I've also heard Buchecha say that Luke was able to tap him when they rolled, and all of Luke's grappling has looked very sharp to me. Definitely excited to see him in CJI.

ADCC does not generate a lot of money. I don’t know a single person who pays to watch ADCC. We just watch clips for free. Winning ADCC means your academy and your instructionals double practically overnight. That’s where the money is at. You don’t get into bjj and mma for money unless you’re a fool

as a smoker, i have no idea how someone could train and fight as a smoker. I quit when I was 24 ... and made it all the way to 44. Some major life shit happened and I picked it back up the last 2 years ... and what it does to your wind is just beyond anything you could imagine. If I actually got in a fight with someone, they could literally beat me by not hitting me. After 1 round of pretending to fight, I would likely fall over and need medical attention.
