Cheater r overcheter should be given chance r fired from the company because they may become assest r dushman to the company, but here the employee was over greedy n the his malik is a nice lady, hatsoff to her.....

To the ones saying why wasn't he sued for leaking company data: 1 - She hasn't known that yet 2 - He clicked 2-3 images, most data are stored in the device, so probably not much data was leaked

I am all for forgiving people, but not in this case. If he had just left her job for a better pay and returned after being fired, he could be forgiven. But this guy was stealing data, using company time to do free lancing and so on. Such people should not be forgiven.

I hope it's true in real world, I am an employer and I don't see any good employer.. all I saw so far is ripping me off despite helping them... As my Ram wish...good lesson for me atleast I learned something now.

She was nice to rehire her. It happened in my Mnc courier company i worked decade ago one . The field pickup staff who use to do pickup the parcel for courier he got a offer in another courier company for pickup staff he did informed about leaving t job on particular date but during his last day of t job he came went to do pickup parcel godknows he purposely or by mistake he didnt collected pickup of 2 customer and he left t job nxt day we got a firing from our duty manager due to complain received from customer .After one month or week after that guy worked in that company he came back to our company asking to rehire. In the previous courier company he told he had back pain and took leave so he was terminated .Duty manager who scolded us for his neglect he didnt hire him send him away asking to bring doctor certificate he didnt returned

The first part was unethical. But what was the issue in the second part. When people get good opportunities, they leave or else the company will show them their way. I have seen huge companies who are even part of the Nifty 50 companies just ditching the loyal employees. Love your job but not the company and always be ethical.
