Facts bro, I’ll rather make $99 in a hour working for myself than $99 a day working for somebody else. I just want to know who is the $99 guy they kept talking bad about like dude ain’t out here getting a bankroll..
I am the same way man, my competitors charge 200$ just to show up for power raking while i do that + core aerating for 150$. I just started offering those services from just basic lawn mow/trim last year and so far over 2 grand in about 3 days worth of work. Hopefully word gets out for next year and i be rolling in gold coins like Scrooge McDuck. You also get to help out people who are lower income and cannot afford to get things done by the " Pro's ", which is usually seniors or disabled people. It gives you a good feeling knowing you did something nice for someone that probably deserves it. Just bought a Honda GX390 AR 4G40 today so getting into the wash business myself now (how i ended up here lol). I used to work at CEDA when i was a young pup doing high pressure blasting so it's in my blood already. The "Rambo Gun" at 10-12K PSI are fun as hell bro, blows away anything in your path ☠. Salute my guy, i’ve been preaching for the longest that people need to work together, and put blinders on and focus on themselves unless it’s on a positive note 🏆 . You can make more money together and do bigger jobs instead of working against each other, and under cutting each other. There’s so much work out here. Nobody could possibly do it themselves.! LOL, SALUTE to the $99 dollar guy out there cause he is making more then me.... I started out doing $80 4 car parking driveway and sidewalk cleaning and was tickled to death to make that money and all my customers was always happy with the price and the job that i usally got a $20 tip so i guess in a way I am that $99 dollar guy.... gotta do what I gotta do just like everyone else.
Get that money ill rather make a 100 in an hr or two verses 159 for a whole day. Just purchased a pressure washer i got experience just doing foot promo. Persistence is key along with determination
$99 is rhan nothing, i agree, when we start a business like this no everyone is interested in, so we can get a job for $300 the first week, but the next one could be in theee weeks, so it would around $75 per week. $99 Starting for every job is better than nothing. We can get at least one daily it would be $500 or more a week. If someone is affected for our price they can share their clients with us, but usually nobody does.
Good point, i cant lie I wasnt ever a $99 guy i did offer free driveway cleanings with the house aash package though for up to a 4 car driveway, it sucked seeing on the invoice thay i charged them 275 or 325 to wash the house and discounted them pretty much 150 for the driveway but my pitch was getting the driveway done juat helped with the curb appeal clean house and driveway makes for a better product visually
The only thing is there is no proof to anything you are saying! But in business we talk about the 99 guy as a race to the bottom. Facts 89 guy beats your 99 guy, then 79 etc etc. These are simple business facts that you don't understand.
