Believe it or not, oryx doesn’t counter shields. When he dashes into a shield, you can knife him before he hits you if you time it right, sending him backwards. It takes practice, but not many people know about it.

Shield ops are one of the best things about siege that makes it just that extra bit unique. Siege is already an incredibly unique and complicated game without shields, but shield ops are what got ke into the game. I remember watching Avid 1v1 Jynxzi using Montagne and i was like "yeah i needa do that" it just looked really fun and different. Now that ive been playing the game for a while i appreciate everything pretty much the same all around but the shields caught my eye.

As a monty/clash main, gotta love seeing people recognize shield skill and tactics from a proper mindset. Couldnt agree more with everything said in the video, earned my sub.

I had a bug where it didn’t give me the fuze shield so i was forced to pistol only and no gadgets since it forced me back to the pistol

So, researchers have studied, to truly master something, it take around 9-10k hours of cognitive practice or use, this does not mean you wouldn’t see improvement after even 1 or 2 days of starting to learn something, but the brain stops using cognitive energy, and then is able to use that energy for “creative” ideas that feel like they just come naturally to you. The point of it is, he’s technically reached a level of mastery for blitz’s play style. Doesn’t mean he can’t die, but playing with him would surely be something to witness throughout multiple instances

As a person who has played around 700-900 matches with blitz everything in this video is 100% on point and accurate!

I watched the background footage and I play Blitz the same way, but a lot of the times when I go for the ADS after I blind an enemy, they hit one lucky headshot and it's really frustrating, any tip on that?

It's funny how people can go some 4 rounds without a kill but lose their mind when the occasional bliz pick is not immediately raining free kills and wins

Blitz is everything but terrible, hes terrifying. Blitz with the shield rework can be more aggressive running through a barricade like ab oryx dash with his shield in front, he charges towards the defenders and if you get flashed consider yourself dead because it only takes one bullet from any gun to kill someone, not to mention blitz doesn't have to stop to reload anymore and hes extremely fast.

bruh blitz bad? If there is a single reason he is bad then it's because people don't know how to play as a team. Same with basically any other shield operators. You see them picked a lot more often in tournaments
