I generally use my daily draw as a meditation focus with the question: "What do I need to ask myself today?" This focuses my mind as I use the card as an anchor while exploring.

Yes, I gave up on the energy question within days of learning tarot. I just kept feeling like it wasn't benefitting me. Lately I've been asking for a daily message with tarot, and then asking how I can put it into action with an oracle deck, so that has been really fun. I have noticed that some cards just feel bigger. Like I'll get a card that makes me feel like, "Man, this is something I'd have to work on all month, this isn't something I can achieve in a day." So thanks for sharing, I'd love to try this!

This makes a daily morning draw make sense! I do a nightly draw (when I remember 😅) for what the energy was today. As I’m still learning.
