In Germany it’s very common and actually recommended to do pelvic floor exercises. It’s usually in a class with around 10 sessions to get back into shape after having a baby. Not doing those exercises can cause incontinence and it gets worse with every pregnancy. It’s really important!

Not to be a total weirdo, but everyone reading this right now... do your kegel exercises! They help your bladder from leaking a bit, and are especially important/good to do during/right after pregnancy to help prepare your body for birth, and then to strengthen those muscles up again. :)

lol Penny! I taught my dog "fix it" for when she gets wrapped around poles or trees. She loves figuring it out and will dash around, she doesn't even need to think about it anymore :D I need to take her to the snoww!

If baby boy is sitting super low he could pressing against your bladder causing those issues, I know it happened with my second pregnancy since my second baby was much bigger then baby #1

Ellie, you may find it helpful to get some reusable sanitary pads. They work just as well for continence issues. Having CFS (chronic fatifue syndrome, also known as ME) has weakened my muscles & has left me with the same issue you're experiencing. I've found that my reusable sanitary pads are far more absorbent than disposable sanitary/continence pads! They also allow for movement better as well. The best ones to get are the night time ones as they're the longest, as they're the most comfortable to wear. The small ones are short & feel strange, leaving you feeling unprotected, even though they do the job, they just don't feel right. They're available on Amazon. You can get a pack of five to try out & order more once you're used to them. Plus, for continence issues, you only have to change them once a day, rather than every time you go to the bathroom. And they're good at reducing odour.

Ive had two kids Ellie. Theyre 2 and 4 and Im 31. I went to a trampoline place and i was jumping for a while and had to stop! I peed a little and felt like I was going to every time i jumped haha.. Pelvic floor isnt as strong as it used to be!!!! Happens to the best of us.
