Thank you, for making this vlog because I need to eat healthier. Me and my husband landed in Orlando for my birthday yesterday and let me tell you we have been eating everything, thanks to you we stop by Chicken Guy it was really good. Also, a place called Wildside Texas BBQ it was delicious. I came back to our resort after that and was like mann I really have to do something (as I’m taking my insulin) but I just wanna enjoy myself while I’m here.

Javonne, I'm so proud of you. Keep up your workout routine. I like the 🚲. I need a new one too. I gave away my beach cruiser to my nephew. I didn't correctly scale the size of it. 26 inch boys bike, and I had a difficult time with it. I do have a stationary recumbent bike, but I only ride it a few times a month. I'm trying to ride more often. The struggle is real. LOL😆 👍😊TFS!!
