This is beyond epic! So many great pieces Jostein's owns and such a humble collector. Being a big fan of MOTU, it makes me so happy to see all of this pieces with such a amazing collector.
Such a humble and likable high end collector. The both of you are amazing MOTU ambassadors. Gotta appreciate when someone gives up rooms in their home to properly display their collection. Well done fellas. Norway is a part of Eternia no doubt!!
Awesome collection, beautifully displayed. Loved the story behind the Battle Armor Skeletor & Panthor gift set. MotU 3-pack gift set is pretty neat too, it's not every day you run into these 3-pack gift sets.
This was one of the craziest motu collections I've ever seen Such a friendly and cool collector Thanks for having us jostein and thanks for the 3d printed motu stands now my floppy beastman can stand up straight ❤
Please inform this collector to beware of light damage, that even LEDs can fade ink over time and the lights in the vintage room were fairly intense. Filtering the light with UV Plexi or glass would definitely help preserve the color of the figures and printed packaging ect
It's really cool to see when collectors have the focus to go all-in on just one toy line. Jostein has created something truly special! Thanks for sharing Ed and Matti💥
@@EdsRetroGeekOut No1,Anti Eternia He Man. Clawful and Buzz off, Faker. There is so many that I really like. Horde Trooper's and Trap jaw has always been a favourite too, 👍
It’s more the 20 years time he put into it then the money, i think ge really enjoys it as a hobby 🤓 over those years he probably hasn’t spent more than someone who’d be fanatically into rafting, mountain climbing or biking 🤓
I love MOTU! My favorite toyline and I love this guys collection & his set up. Think he may have Pixel Dan beat lol Love seeing all the carded and boxed stuff. My collection is nothing compared to this lol and loving all the rare stuff! I’m big Powers of Grayskull fan too. The giants!!
I guess with his 20+ years of collecting, he has made the right connections and knows what to look for never underestimate the time we all put into learning all these little things about the toys 😁 pixel dan’s collection room was insane as well
I remember, i begged my dad to buy me castle,at toy store, my dad asked me either a new tennis shoes for school or the castle, ofcourse i picked castle gratskull, my mom was really mad at since they were separated and he lived in different state i was the happiest kid in the mall
Origins has got to be the best reincarnation of an old line just too bad they weren’t able to bring out the gimmicks from the 80s line 🤓 but those extra poa’s are magnificent
First time i have ever seen ed speechless and rightfully so as this collection is stunning, i like many grew up with he man so appreciate the old school figures but man those newer statues wow, just wow 😊
The story about the power armour skeletor and panthor is very similar to my childhood. My dad was not a fan of toys and such but my grandma knew how much I loved Transformers beast wars and would always buy them for me. Rediscovering those a few years ago is what got me into collecting, and my Beast Wars are my most prized collection. Scandinavian Grand mothers are the best aha
Totally agree dude 😁🤘 it’s also one of my fave lines I grew up with but a tough one to find loose with all the projectiles they came with. What did you think of the cgi cartoon?
Jostein you dropped your 👑! My vintage collection is about 85% done and complete but his puts mine to shame. 😂😂. What a mind blowing vintage collection!!! Man those giants… 🥲.
If this is his "vintage room" and he is currently clearing a 3rd room - what's in the 2nd room? New Adventures, 200X, Classics, Construx (might be blasphemous in Nowray), Masterverse, Origins, ...?
Dude why are you touching, and picking up his stuff?!! This dude is cool enough to let you into his priceless room, at the least you've gotta keep your hands to yourself.
