Even without stacks it still provides a 10% power increase and 20% movement speed during the active proc which makes it always valuable although the more stacks the more value Ofcourse

They start people off at 1300 which is plat in pred stats not sure why so high or why they do it but it ALWAYS has new players getting shit on lmao it makes zero sense why theyd want new players or returning to have such a horrible experience lmao

this is just not true information new players actually start new players at 750 internally and the bottom bracket is capped at roughly 900-1k so new players actually start below the bottom cap so the information your stating is just false. returning players do not currently have mmr decay though which I do think should be adjusted.
